Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในท้องถิ่น
จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ที่มีต่อการจัดเนื้อหารายวิชา ส 072 ท้องถิ่นของเรา 2 สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา
ตอนต้น จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี 2. สร้างประมวลการสอนรายวิชา ส 072 ท้องถิ่นของเรา 3. ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษาในท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ที่มีต่อการสร้างประมวลการสอนรายวิชา ส 072 ท้องถิ่นของเรา 4. ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านหลัก

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี
จำนวน 60 คน และประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษาที่เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอน
สังคมศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกองการมัธยมศึกษา กรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์-
ธานี จำนวน 176 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านหลักสูตรและการสอนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีจำนวน 5 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 3 ชุด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในท้องถิ่นเห็นด้วยกับเนื้อหาที่ผู้วิจัยเสนอในแบบ
สอบถาม ซึ่งเนื้อหาจะเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี 2) ในส่วนของการสร้าง ประมวลการสอน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษาในท้องถิ่นและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านหลักสูตรและการสอน
เห็นด้วยในทุกองค์ประกอบของประมวลการสอนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
เพิ่มเติมในด้านความคิดรวบยอด จุดประสงค์ปลายทาง จุดประสงค์นำทาง เนื้อหา กิจกรรมการ-
เรียนการสอน สื่อและอุปกรณ์การสอน ส่วนการวัดผลประเมินผลไม่มีการเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม
3) ประมวลการสอนรายวิชา ส 072 ท้องถิ่นของเรา 2 ที่สร้างขึ้น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษาในท้อง
ถิ่นและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านหลักสูตรและการสอนเห็นด้วยทุกองค์ประกอบ จึงน่าจะเหมาะสมที่จะนำ
ไปใช้ในโรงเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี
The purpose of this research were 1. to study the opinion of specialists in Changwat Surattani toward the content of the course SOC 072 Our Community 2 for lower secondary level in Changwat Surattani 2. to construct a course syllabus of SOC 072 Our Community 2 for lower secondary level in Changwat Surattani 3. to study the opinions of Specialists in curriculum and instruction in secondary schools under General Education Department in Changwat Suratthani toward a course syllabus of SOC 072 Our Community 2 for lower secondary level in Changwat Surattani 4. to study the opinion of specialist in curriculum and instruction toward the content of a course SOC 072 Our Community 2 for lower secondary level in Changwat Surattani The samples of this research were 60 specialists in Changwan Surattani and 176 social study teachers in lower secondary school of General Education Department in Changwat Surattani and 5 specialists in curriculum and instruction ; the instrument used in this research were 2 sets of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and percentage. Results of research revealed that 1 specialists agreed to the content of a course SOC 072 Our Community 2 for lower secondary level, Changwat Surattani 2. Specialists in curriculum and instruction agreed on the construction of the course, general objectives, specific objectives, content, learning and teaching activities and insturctional media. Evaluation was not added 3. The course syllabus of SOC 072 Our Community 2 is suitable for using in the lower secondary school in Changwat Surattani.
