Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัดถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานบริษัท นันยางเท็กซ์ไทล์ จำกัด (2) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงาน (3) ระดับประสิทธิผลค้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ของพนักงาน (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับประสิทธิผลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจประชากรคือพนักงานบริษัท นันยางเท็กซ์ไทล์ จำกัด มีพนักงานทั้งหมด 652 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 268 คน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่สถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนาหรือเชื้อชาติ นอกพื้นที่บริษัทตั้งอยู่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุอยู่ในกลุ่มอายุ 31-45 มีระดับการศึกษาระดับ ม.ปลาย - ปวช. มีสถานภาพแต่งงานและอยู่ร่วมกัน มีสถานะมีบุตรจำนวน 1 คน มีลักษณะงานเป็นงานด้านการผลิต ระดับปฏิบัติการ เข้าสมัครงานกับบริษัทผ่านช่องการแนะนำของเพื่อน/ญาติพี่น้อง/คนรู้จัก มีสถานภาพการจ้างงาน เป็นพนักงานราขวัน มีอายุงานหรือระยะเวลาที่พนักงานทำงานในองค์การตั้งแต่ 6 ปี ขึ้นไป มีรายได้ต่อเดือนตั้งแต่10,000 - 20,000 บาทต่อเดือน (2) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน โดยเรียงจากมากไปน้อย พบว่า ด้านความภาคภูมิใจในองค์การ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีระบบที่ดีมีความยุติธรรม (3) ระดับประสิทธิผลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ของพนักงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านโดยเรียงจากมากไปน้อย พบว่าด้านความตั้งใจลาออก มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการขาดงาน (4) คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานมีระดับความสัมพันธ์มากกับประสิทธิผลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานด้านการมีภาระอิสระจากงานมีความสัมพันธ์มากที่สุดกับประสิทธิผลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ในด้านความตั้งใจลาออกของพนักงาน และรองลงมาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานด้านความภาคภูมิใจในองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ในด้านการขาดงานของพนักงาน
The objectives of the study were (1) to study the personal characteristics of employees at Nang Yang Textile Company Limited; (2) to study the quality of work life; (3) to study the level of effectiveness of the labor relations; and (4) to study the relationship between quality of work life and effectiveness of the labor relations. The study was a survey research. The total population was 652 employees at Nang Yang Textile Company Limited. The sample size was 268 employees calculated by using a multi-stage sampling method at statistical significance 0.05. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed by using percentage, mean and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that (1) most employees were female, aged 31-45, high school – vocational certificate, income 10,000-20,000 Bath per month, married, had one child, and lived together outside the areas of the company. They applied for the job by the recommendation of their friends, relatives and acquaintances. They were daily-paid workers and worked at the operational level in a production line with more than 6 years working experience; (2) overall the quality of work life was at the moderate level. The pride of the organization and the good system of equality were important respectively; (3) overall the effectiveness of the labor relations was at the moderate level. The intension of resigning from a job and the absence were important respectively; and (4) quality of work life related to the effectiveness of the labor relations at the high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the freedom from work highly related to the intension of resigning from a job and the pride of the organization related to the absence respectively.
