Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยจูงใจในการเป็นอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อำเภอเขวาสินรินทร์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยจูงใจในการเป็นอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อำเภอเขวาสินรินทร์ จังหวดสุรินทร์ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาขอเสนอแนะแนวทางสร้างเสริมแรงจูงใจของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน อำเภอเขวาสินรินทร์ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน ในเขตอำเภอเขวาสินรินทร์ จังหวดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 239 คน คำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จากประชากรจำนวน 594 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยจูงใจทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกตัวบุคคล ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงความคิดเห็นจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความทาทายของงาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล การได้รับการยอมรับ นโยบายองค์การ ความเจริญเติบโตและ พัฒนาการ และค่าตอบแทน (2) ผู้ที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็น เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยจูงใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางสำคัญเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน ได้แก่ ควรมีค่าตอบแทน เหมือนกับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขมูลฐาน ผู้บริหารศูนย์อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนควรให้ความสำคัญกับอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน เพิ่มมากขึ้นและควรมีสวัสดิการด้านการประกันอุบัติเหตุ/ตรวจสุขภาพ
The objectives of this research were to (1) study opinions of Civil Defense Volunteers’ members on factors motivating the application of Civil Defense Volunteers’ members in Khwao Sinarin district, Surin province (2) compare the opinions of Civil Defense Volunteer on factors motivating the application of Civil Defense Volunteers’ members in Khwao Sinarin district, Surin province classified by personal factors (3) study appropriate approaches to enhance motivation of Civil Defense Volunteers’ members in Khwao Sinarin district, Surin province. This study was a survey research. Samples were 239 Civil Defense Volunteers in Khwao Sinarin district, Surin province, calculated via Yamane’s formula from population of 594. Accidental sampling method was applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, with the application of Scheffe method. The results showed that (1) opinions of Civil Defense Volunteers were in high level on both internal and external motivating factors; with highest mean on challenging job assigned, followed with relationships with others, recognition, organization’s policy, growth and development, and compensation, respectively (2) when compared the opinions, differences were found among opinions of volunteers with different genders, educational levels, and incomes, with 0.05 level of statistical significance (3) approaches to enhance volunteers’ motivation were: the volunteers should be provided with appropriate compensation as same as Health Care Volunteers, the executives of Civil Defense Volunteers’ Centre should recognize more the importance of the Volunteers, moreover, accidental insurance and health check-up should be arranged as welfare to them.
