Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการวิจัยและการพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลของห้องปฏิบัติการสวนหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ(2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องปฏิบัติการสวนหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษามี 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 คือ แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลของห้องปฏิบัติการสวนหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ผู้ศึกษาพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลเป็นแนวทาง และส่วนที่ 2 คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้น ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือทั้ง 2 ส่วน โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน โดยแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ CVI = 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยสถิติ Wilcoxon signed ranks test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลของห้องปฏิบัติการสวนหัวใจโรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย แบบฟอร์มการบันทึกทางการพยาบาลจำนวน 3 แบบฟอร์ม ได้แก่ (ก) แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลก่อนทำหัตถการตรวจสวนหัวใจ (ข) แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลขณะทำหัตถการตรวจสวนหัวใจ และ (ค) แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลหลังทำหัตถการตรวจสวนหัวใจ (2) ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลหลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 59.76 เป็นร้อยละ 91.92 และค่าเฉลี่ยอันดับที่ค่ามัธยฐานของ คะแนนความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลก่อนการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้น เพิ้มขึ้นจากคะแนนความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลก่อนการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นอย้างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.01
The purposes of this research and development study were: (a) to develop the nursing documentation of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at a private hospital, Metropolitan Bangkok and (b) to compare professional nurse’s satisfaction before and after using the nursing documentation. The population comprised 10 professional nurses of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at a Private Hospital, Metropolitan Bangkok, and they were selected by purposive sampling technique. There were two types of research tools: 1) nursing documentation which was developed by using a nursing process as a guideline and 2) questionnaires of nursess satisfaction on nursing documentation. Content validity of the tool was verified by 5 experts. The Content Validity Index (CVI) of the second tool was 0.82. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The study findings were as follows: (1) the nursing documentation of the Cardiac Cathterization Laboratory at a Private Hospital, Metropolitan Bangkok consisted of three nursing records: (a) pre-cardiac catheterization, (b) during cardiac catheterization, and (c) post-cardiac cathterization. (2) Nurses rated their satisfaction after using nursing documentation higher than before (59.76% to 91.92% ). The rank average of the median scores of the nurse’s satisfaction after using the nursing documentation were significantly higher than before (p < 0.01)
