ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับสมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 346 คน ได้มาโดยการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอรแกน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและสมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .92 และ .83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การทำงานเป็นทีม การมีวิสัยทัศน์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม ตามลำดับ 2) สมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การมีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การมีทัศนคติเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การมีความสามารถในการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี การมีความสามารถในการสอนและการแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่ ๆ การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และจินตนาการ และการมีความสามารถในการวัดและประเมินผล ตามลำดับ และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับสมรรถนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators; 2) to study the creative competencies of teachers; and 3) to investigate the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the creative competencies of teachers under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office 7. The sample consisted of 346 teachers in primary schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office 7, academic year 2019, obtained by stratified and simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Table of Sample Size. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of 0.92 and .83. Data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: 1) both overall and individual aspects of the innovative leadership of school administrators were rated at the high level, and can be ranked as follows: teamworking, having vision, making inspiration, being creative, creating an innovative corporate atmosphere, respectively; 2) both overall and individual aspects of the creative competencies of teachers were rated at the high level, and can be ranked as follows: having communication skills, having creative attitude, having the ability to use technology media, having the ability to teach and seek new knowledge, being creative and imaginative, and having the ability to measure and evaluate, respectively; and (3) regarding the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the creative competencies of teachers, it was found that they were high relationship at the .01 level of statistical significance.
