การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย
เรื่อง บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน สำหรับครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร
ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนของครูโรงเรียน
ประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่ฝึกอบรมจากชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย

โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน
การวิจัยประกอบด้วย ต้นแบบชิ้นงาน คือชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง บทเรียน
คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน สำหรับครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร แบบทดสอบก่อนฝึกอบรม
แบบทดสอบระหว่างฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบหลังฝึกอบรม และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่
ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง บทเรียน
คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน มีประสิทธิภาพ80.00/80.33,80.33/80.67,81.00/81.67 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์
80/80 (2) ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครมีความก้าวหน้าทางการฝึกอบรมอย่างมี
นัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 และ (3) ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครมีความคิด
เห็นต่อชุดฝึกอบรมในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก
The purposes of this research were (1) to developed computer-based training packages via the network on the topic of computer assisted instuction lesson for primary school teachers metropolitan administration with 80/80 in efficiency standard, (2) to study teachers under the jurisdiction of bangkok metropolitan administration training from the computer-based training packages via Network on the topic of computer assisted instuction lesson for primary school teachers, and (3) to study the teachers' opinions on the computer-based training packages via network on the topic of computer assisted instuction lesson for primary school teachers The subjects for testing the efficiency of computer-base training packages were 30 Teachers under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan administration select through the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments used in the study were (1) computer-based training packages via network; (2) the parallel pre and post-test; and (3) the questionnaires to investigate the teachers opinions under the jurisdiction of bangkok metropolitan administration of the computer-base training packages. Data were statistically analyzed to determine the efficiency of the computer-base training packages by means of E1/E2, t-test, arithmetic means and standard deviation. The results of study indicated that: (1) computer-based training packages via the network were 80.00/80.33,80.33/80.67,81.00/81.67 which met the set standard of 80/80 ; (2) the teachers training out come achievement were significantly increased at the .05 level, and (3) the teachers rated computer-based training packages via the network lessons at the high level . under the jurisdiction of bangkok
