Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ของครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี และ (3) ปัญหาความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ของครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีวิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคือครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จํานวน 263 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 159 คนโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้สถิติค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ส่วนแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีมีความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยรวมในระดับมาก ( X =4.04) ได้แก่สารสนเทศด้านพระราชบัญญัติและกฎกระทรวง ( X =4.31) รองลงมาเป็นสารสนเทศด้านเทคโนโลยีสิ่งแวดล้อมและนวัตกรรม ( X =4.23) และสารสนเทศด้านการเกษตร ( X =4.18) (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีโดยรวมในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การสื่อสาร การเรียนรู้ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อม (3) ครูกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี มีปัญหาความต้องการสารสนเทศด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยรวมในระดับมาก ( X =3.86) ได้แก่ ข้อจํากัดความร่วมมือระหว่างห้องสมุดในการใช้บริการสารสนเทศ (X =4.13) และ แหล่งสารสนเทศไม่มีทรัพยากรสารสนเทศตรงตามความต้องการ ( X = 3.90)
The objectives of this study were to study (1) the need for environmental information by social studies teachers in secondary education, Phetchaburi Province ; (2) the factors that affect the information needs of social studies teachers in secondary education, Phetchaburi Province ; and (3) problems regarding the environmental information needs of social studies teachers in secondary education, Phetchaburi Province. Mixed method research was used in this study, and the population was 263 social studies teachers in secondary education, Phetchaburi Province. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling of 159 social studies teachers. The tools used in data collection were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance and content analysis. The research findings can be summarized as follows: (1) environmental information needs of social studies teachers in Secondary Education, Phetchaburi Province were at the high level ( X =4.04), and when classified under each aspect it was found that the acts and ministerial regulations information was highest ( X =4.31), followed by environmental technology and innovation ( X =4.23) and agricultural information ( X =4.18). (2) The factors that affect the information needs of social studies teachers were communication, learning and environmental acts. (3) The problems regarding environmental information needs were at the high level ( X =3.86) such as the lack of information services cooperation ( X =4.13) and insufficient resources to meet the requirements ( X =3.90)
