Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร (4) เพื่อหาแนวทาง การแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน ตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพรวิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอยาง ประกอบด้วย ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 5 ราย ผู้นำทางการ คือ กานันและผู้ใหญ่ บ้าน 5 ราย นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ 1 ราย ผู้นำกลุ่มเกษตรกร 2 รายเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ 20 ราย และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร 2 ราย รวม 35 ราย โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาจากเอกสารการสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสังเกต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เป็นแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน กรณีศึกษา ตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร เกษตรกรปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีการผลิตแบบพึ่งตนเองมาสู่การเกษตรแบบการค้า (2) ปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม แบ่งเป็น 2 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยภายในสังคมและปัจจัยภายนอกสังคม (3) ผลจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ พบว่าเกษตรกรในชุมชนมีการเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตเป็นแบบสังคมเมืองมากขึ้นก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ ได้แก่ ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติถูกทำลาย ปัญหาที่ดินและสิทธิการถือครองที่ดิน ปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงาน ปัญหาการขาดทายาททางการเกษตร ปัญหาอาชญากรรม (4) แนวทางการแกไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินตำบลถ้ำสิงห์ อำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร พบว่า ต้องส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้คนในชุมชนสร้างระบบเศรษฐกิจภาคครัวเรือนให้สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ เน้นการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ให้เกิดในชุมชน
This research aims to study (1) Social and cultural change in Chumphon land reform Area. (2) Factors that contribute to Social and cultural change in Chumphon land reform Area. (3) Effects of social and cultural change in Chumphon land reform Area (4) Guidelines. Solutions to problems arising from the impact of social and cultural change in Chumphon land reform Area. Qualitative research methods, The sample consists of 5 villager philosophers, 5 Leadership and the village headman, one President of Tambon Administration Tamsing, 2 Leader of group farmers, 20 of farmers in the area and 2 Agricultural promotion officials, including 35 cases. Using the method of document study, interviews, focus groups and observation. Data analysis,A descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the Social and cultural change in Chumphon land reform Area: A case study of Tam Sing Sub– District. Farmers adjust their way of producing the self-reliance to an agriculture trade. (2) factors that cause social and cultural change, agriculture is divided into two factors, Internal social factors and External social factors. (3) The impact of social changes, Tamsing was found that farmers in the community to change their way of life is increasingly urban society. Causing various problems including environmental and natural resource destruction, Issues of land rights and land tenure, Shortage of agricultural labor, the lack of agricultural heir, Crime. (4) To solve the problems caused by the impact of social and cultural change in agriculture, land reform, Chumphon found that people in the community to promote and encourage the economic system households to become self-reliant, Focused on building a community in the learning process.
