Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการปรับตัว ระดับความคิดเชิงบวก ระดับความสุขในการทำงาน และระดับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุของพนักงานบริษัทปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสระบุรี และ 2) ศึกษาการปรับตัว ความคิดเชิงบวก และความสุขในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุของพนักงานบริษัทปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสระบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในบริษัทปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสระบุรี ปี พ.ศ. 2560 3 โรงงาน จำนวน 230 คน ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 40-59 ปี กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบวัดการปรับตัว 2) แบบวัดความคิดเชิงบวก 3) แบบวัดความสุขในการทำงาน และ 4) แบบวัดการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุมีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .84 .91 .92 และ .76 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) พนักงานบริษัทปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสระบุรีมีระดับการปรับตัว ระดับความคิดเชิงบวก และระดับความสุขในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก และระดับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 2) การปรับตัว (X1) และความสุขในการทำงาน (X3) มีอิทธิพลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุของพนักงานบริษัทปูนซีเมนต์นครหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสระบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุได้ร้อยละ 37 และมีสมการพยาการณ์การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุโดยใช้คะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z’ = .40X1 + .28X3
The purposes of this study were (1) to study the levels of adaptation, positive thinking, happiness in work performance, and preparation to enter the elderly social society of employees of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCPCL), Saraburi province; and (2) to study the adaptation, positive thinking and happiness in work performance affecting preparation to enter the elderly social society of employees of the SCCPCL. The research sample consisted of 230 randomly selected employees, aged 40 – 59 years, working at three factories of the SCCPCL, Saraburi province during the 2017 year. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie & Morgan Sample Size Table. The employed research instruments were (1) an adaptation assessment scale, (2) a positive thinking assessment scale, (3) a scale to assess happiness in work performance, and (4) a scale to assess the preparation to enter the elderly social society. The reliability coefficients of the four assessment scales were .84, .91, .92, and .76 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that (1) employees of the SCCPCL, Saraburi province had the adaptation level, positive thinking level, and happiness in work performance level at the high level, while their level of preparation to enter the elderly social society was at the moderate level; and (2) adaptation and happiness in work performance had influences on the employees’ preparation to enter the elderly social society at the .05 level of statistical significance; they could be combined to predict the level of preparation to enter the elderly social society of employees of the SCCPCL, Saraburi province by 37 percent and the regression equation to predict preparation to enter the elderly social society in the form of standard score was as shown below: Z’ = .40X1 + .28X3
