Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานนทบุรี และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานนทบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 353 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบ ถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเทียงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีของเซฟเฟ่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และการกระตุ้น ทางปัญญา และ (2) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแยกตามเพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันในขณะที่ระดับการศึกษาและขนาดของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่แตกต่างกับขนาดเล็ก กลางและใหญ่พิเศษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were (1) to study transformational leadership of basic education school administrators under the offices of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area; and (2) to compare transformational leadership levels of basic education school administrators under the offices of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area as classified by gender, age, educational level, work experience, and school size. TJ16 research sample consisted of 353 teachers in basic education schools under the offices of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with .97 reliability coefficient. Data was analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe’s'multiple comparison method. The research findings indicated that (1) the overall transformational leadership of basic education school administrators under the offices of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area was rated at the high level; aspects of transformational leadership could be ranked as follows: idealized influence, creation of inspiration, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation; and (2) no significant difference was found regarding transformational leadership levels of basic education school administrators under the offices of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area as classified by gender, age, and work experience; while significant difference at the .05 level was found regarding transformational leadership levels of basic education school administrators as classified by educational level, and school size; and when paired comparisons were made via the Scheffe’ร method at the .05 significance level, it was found that transformational leadership level of administrators of large basic education schools significantly differed from those of administrators of small, medium size, and extra large basic education schools
