แบบจำลองศูนย์เทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาสำหรับศูนย์เครือข่ายสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองการจัดตั้งศูนย์เทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาสำหรับศูนย์เครือข่ายสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 22 คน ครู จำนวน 245 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 19 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเทคนิคเดลฟาย และแบบประเมินแบบจำลอง สถิติที่ใช้สำหรับการวิเคระห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าพิสัยควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นว่าแบบจำลองที่ได้มีความเหมาะสมและมี ความเป็นไปได้ แบบจำลองศูนย์เทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาสำหรับศูนย์เครือข่ายสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 2 มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้ (1) นโยบาย (2) ประโยชน์ (3) ประเภทของสื่อการเรียนการสอน (4) รูปแบบอาคารสถานที่ (5) การจัดหาสื่อการเรียนการสอน (6) บทบาทหน้าที่ ครอบคลุมงานบริหาร งานวิชาการ และงานบริการ (7) เจ้าหน้าที่ (8) การบริการและให้ความสะดวก (9) งบประมาณ และ (10) การประเมิน ทั้งนี้การดำเนินการทั้งหลายต้องคำนึงถึงความหลากหลายด้านวัฒนธรรม โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ของศูนย์เครือข่ายสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 2 มีประชากรส่วนใหญ่นับถือศาสนาอิสลาม จึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีห้องละหมาดไว้บริการ

The purpose of this research was to develop a model of educational technology and communications center for school network centers under Pattani Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 22 Administrators, 245 teachers, 19 educational technology and communications specialists and three experts. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire for needs assessment, a questionnaire for Delphi technique, and an evaluation form for the model of educational technology and communications center. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inter-quartile range. The research findings showed that the experts had opinions that the developed model was appropriate and feasible for implementation. The developed model had the following components: (1) the policy; (2) benefits; (3) types of instructional media; (4) the layout of buildings; (5) procurement of instructional media, (6) duty and roles including the administrative, academic and service roles; (7) the personnel; (8) provided services and facilitation; (9) the budget; and (10) evaluation. In operating the model, cultural diversity of the people should be taken into consideration. This was especially necessary because in the service area of school network centers under Pattani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 the majority of people were Muslims. Consequently, the model of educational technology and communications center should have prayer rooms to provide services for Muslims.
