Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยี เพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของศูนย์วิทยพัฒนา มสธ. นครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของศูนย์วิทยพัฒนา มสธ. นครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 286 คน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของศูนย์วิทยพัฒนา มสธ. นครศรีธรรมราช พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยนักศึกษามีการใช้สื่อกิจกรรมประเภทการสอนเสริมมากที่สุด โดยมีการเข้ารับการสอนเสริมประจำภาคเรียนอยู่เสมอ (2) ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยนักศึกษา มีปัญหาการใช้สื่อโสตทัศน์ในเรื่องสื่อไม่สามารถกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาใฝ่รู้ในการใช้สื่อการสอน และ (3) ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยนักศึกษามีความต้องการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และต้องการให้สร้างความตระหนักในการนำสื่อเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเรียน การสอนทางไกลที่นักศึกษาต้องศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง

The purpose of this study was to investigate the state, problems and needs for using educational technology of undergraduate students of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) in the service area of Nakhon Si Thammarat Regional Distance Education Center. The research sample consisted of 286 undergraduate students of STOU in the service area of Nakhon Si Thammarat Regional Distance Education Center, who enrolled in the second semester of the 2018 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the state, problems and needs for using educational technology of undergraduate students of STOU. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) regarding the state of using educational technology of undergraduate students of STOU in the service area of Nakhon Si Thammarat Regional Distance Education Center, it was found that the overall use of educational technology was at the low level, with the students using the activity media in supplementary teaching sessions at the most, and they attended the supplementary teaching sessions on a regular basis; (2) regarding the problems of using educational technology, it was found that the overall problem was at the moderate level, with the students having the problem of using the audio-visual media in terms of the media failed to motivate them to want to learn more on the use of instructional media; and (3) regarding the needs for using educational technology, it was found that the overall need was at the low level, with the students having the need for using electronic media, and the need for creating the awareness in using information technology media for enhancing the efficiency of distance education system in which the students have to learn and search for knowledge by themselves.
