Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลโพนงาม อำเภอเดชอุดม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยในเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลโพนงาม อำเภอเดชอุดม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจประชากรเป็นประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลโพนงามที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 9,043 คน ได้มาโดยกำหนดการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จำนวน 383 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ การศึกษา และอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและมีความรู้ความเข้าใจการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this research study were to 1) study the level of public participation in solid waste sorting and 2) compare individual factors and public participation in solid waste sorting in Phon Ngam Subdistrict Municipality, Det Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. This study was a survey research. The population were residents in Phon Ngam Subdistrict Municipality who are aged 18 years and above. Out of a total of 9,043 residents, the sample of 383 residents were selected through Simple random sampling method. The instrument was questionnaire. Statistical analyses used to analyze the data for this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA test. The findings revealed that: (1)The level of public participation in the sorting of solid waste, in general, was at a fair level, (2) there was no difference in gender, age, marital status, education and occupation in participation in solid waste sorting. However, monthly income and level of understanding in solid waste sorting were, statistically significant at .05, differences in participation in solid waste sorting.
