Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดกับการการตัดสินใจออมเงิน 3) การตัดสินใจออมเงิน 4) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดกับการตัดสินใจออมเงิน และ 5) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 41 - 50 ปี สถานภาพสมรสการศึกษาปริญญาตรี เป็นข้าราชการประจำการระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 10 ปี ขึ้นไป ขนาดของครอบครัว 3 - 4 คน รายได้เฉลี่ย 25,001 - 35,000 บาท/เดือน รายจ่ายเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 10,000 บาท/เดือน และจำนวนหนี้สินทั้งหมด มากกว่า 200,000 บาท 2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดกับการการตัดสินใจออมเงินโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านราคา และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดตามลำดับ 3) การตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่ คือ การออมเงินแบบเงินฝากออมทรัพย์ จำนวนเงินออม 1,001 - 5,000 บาท/ครั้ง จำนวนเงินออมรวม มากกว่า 200,000 บาท และวัตถุประสงค์ของการออมเงินเพื่อเก็บไว้ใช้ในอนาคต หรือวัยชรา 4) ความสัมพันธ์ของ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการตัดสินใจออมเงินของสมาชิกสหกรณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ อายุสถานภาพสมรส การศึกษา สถานภาพบุคลากร ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยรายจ่ายเฉลี่ย และจำนวนหนี้สินทั้งหมด และปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจออมเงินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานและควรจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมความรู้ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อที่จะสามารถให้บริการค้า แนะนำ ตอบปัญหาต่าง ๆ ได้ถูกต้อง ชัดเจันและมีประสิทธิภาพ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the personal factors of cooperative members, 2) the important level of marketing mix factors to saving decision, 3) the saving decision, 4) the relationship of personal factors and marketing mix factors to saving decision and 5) the recommendations on saving decisions of cooperative members. The population of this research was members of Saving Cooperative of Sattahip Naval Base Limited Chonburi province at the end of fiscal year September 30, 2020 had 6,173 people. The sample size 400 people were determined by Taro Yamane with the error value of 0.05. The tools used in the study were questionnaires by using simple random sampling method. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test and content analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) The most cooperative members were male, age 41-50 years, married, education bachelor degree, government official, the membership more than 10 years, the number of household 3-4 people, the average income 2 5 , 0 0 1 – 3 5 , 0 0 0 baht/month, the average expenditure more than 10,000 baht/month, and the total debt more than 200,000 baht. 2) The important level of marketing mix factors to saving decision were at the high level, namely distribution side, personnel side, process side, product side, physical side, price side and promotion side, respectively. 3) The saving decision of the most cooperative members were in the form of savings, the amount of saving 1,001 – 5,000 baht/time, the total saving more than 200,000 baht and the purpose of the saving for future use or old age. 4) The relationship of personal factors to saving decision of cooperative members statistically significant at the 0.05 level were age, marital status, education, personnel status, membership period, average income, average expenditure, and total debts. All sides of marketing mix factors had relationship to saving decision statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 5) The recommendations should encourage members to participate in the operation and should provide knowledge trainings to the officers foradvice and answer questions accurately, clearly and efficiently.
