ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว(2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นการให้บริการประชาชน 2 กลุ่มงาน คือ กลุ่มงานคดี และกลุ่มงานช่วยพิจารณาคดี ของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว (3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัวกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปีขึ้นไปที่มาใช้บริการศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.953 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ในภาพรวม กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัวทั้งกลุ่มงานคดีและกลุ่มงานช่วยพิจารณาคดีในระดับมาก โดยด้านการพัฒนาการบริการทั้งในด้านปริมาณและคุณภาพให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้ามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดและด้านการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องมีค่าเฉลยต่ำสุด (2) ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างต่อการให้บริการของศาลจังหวัดเลยแผนกคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัวกลุ่มงานคดี และกลุ่มงานช่วยพิจารณาคดี ไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่บริการเท่าเทียมกันดี บริการตรงต่อเวลาดี ที่นั่งพักคอยไม่เพียงพอ มีการเกี่ยงงานกันโดยอาจไม่ได้มีการมอบหมายงานให้มีความชัดเจนทำให้การบริการไม่มีความต่อเนื่อง และควรมีการนำวัสดุอุปกรณ์การปฏิบัติงานที่ทันสมัยมาใช้เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและทั่วถึง

The purposes of this study were to (1) study the people’s opinions on service delivered of Loei Local Provincial Court, Juvenile and Family Division, (2) compare the opinions on the service of litigation section and case support section at Court of Loei Local Provincial Court, Juvenile and Family Division, (3) study the people’s recommendations on the service delivered at Court of Loei Local Provincial Court, Juvenile and Family Division. Samples of 338 were people of 15 years and over who received services at Loei Local Provincial Court, Juvenile and Family Division. Instrument used was questionnaire with reliability level at 0.953 . Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research result revealed that (1) in general, the opinions on service at Loei Local Provincial Court, Juvenile and Family Division, litigation section and case support section, were in high level; with highest mean on service quality and quantity development, and lowest mean on continuous service delivered (2) no differences were found on people’s opinions on services delivered by both sections (3) recommendations were: equally good service, good service on time, notenough seats, work together with the dispute could not be assigned to clear the service no continuity and application materials should sophisticated operation used to provide services as quickly and thoroughly.
