การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ข้อมูลการวิจัยได้จากโรงเรียนในสังกัดมูลนิธิสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยในเขต กรุงเทพมหานครโดยมีตัวแทนผู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลจากโรงเรียนจำนวน 10 ท่านคือ 1. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนละ 1 ท่าน 2. หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการโรงเรียนละ 1 ท่าน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ข้อมูลที่ได้มาเป็นการแสดง ข้อคิดเห็นตามคำถามที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ ดังนั้นวิธีในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจึงเป็นการวิเคราะห์จากเนื้อหาสัมภาษณ์จากคำถามใน 5 ประเด็นหลักคือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่ ปัจจัยด้านชุมชน ที่มีผลต่องานด้านวิชาการในประเด็น การจัดและการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน งานนิเทศการสอน การจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดผลและประเมินผล การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า (1) ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร มีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสังกัด สภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอนมีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนฯ (3) ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ มีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนฯ บางด้านคือ ด้านการจัดและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (4) ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่มีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนฯใน บางด้านคือ ด้านการจัดและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (5) ปัจจัยด้านชุมชนมีผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนฯ ในบางด้านคือ ด้านการจัดและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดแหล่ง เรียนรู้และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา

The objective of this research was to study factors affecting the academic affair management of schools subsidized by the Church of Christ Foundation of Thailand in Bangkok metropolitan area. Research data were obtained from schools subsidized by the Church of Christ Foundation of Thailand in Bangkok metropolitan area. There were 10 key informants consisting of one school director and one academic affair department head purposively selected from each of the schools. This study was a qualitative research. The employed research instrument was an interview structure form developed by the researcher. The obtained research data were opinions of key informants in response to interview questions. Content analysis was employed to analyze contents of the interviews in five main factors, namely, the administrator factor, the teacher factor, the budget factor, the buildings and facilities factor, and the community factor. The affected academic affair management was classified into the aspects of curriculum development and organization, instructional activity organization, teaching supervision, organizing of learning resources, measurement and evaluation, and educational quality assurance. Research findings showed that (1) the administrator factor had effects on academic affair management of schools subsidized by the Church of Christ Foundation of Thailand in Bangkok metropolitan area; (2) the teacher factor had effects on academic affair management of the schools; (3) the budget factor had effects on some aspects of academic affair management of the schools, namely, the aspects of curriculum development and organization, instructional activity organization, organizing of learning resources, and educational quality assurance; (4) the buildings and facilities factor had effects on some aspects of academic affair management of the schools, namely, the aspects of curriculum development and organization, instructional activity organization, organizing of learning resources, and educational quality assurance; (5) the community factor had effects on some aspects of academic affair management of the schools, namely, the aspects of curriculum development and organization, instructional activity organization, organizing of learning resources, and educational quality assurance.
