ผลการจัดบริการสุขภาพช่องปากของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครระหว่างนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิง (2) เปรียบเทียบผลการจัดบริการสุขภาพช่องปากระหว่างนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของสภาวะสุขภาพช่องปากระหว่างนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3-6 โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสาทร กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 404 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการได้รับบริการทันตกรรม และแบบบันทึกสภาวะสุขภาพช่องปาก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เป็นนักเรียนชาย ร้อยละ 54.3 และนักเรียนหญิง ร้อยละ 45.7 (2) ด้านผลการจัดบริการสุขภาพช่องปาก พบความแตกต่างระหว่างนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงในเรื่องการได้รับการอุดฟันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ และ (3) ด้านสภาวะสุขภาพช่องปาก โดยจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ สภาวะฟันและสภาวะปริทันต์ โดยในสภาวะฟัน พบว่า นักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงมีค่าเฉลี่ยฟันแท้ผุ ถอน อุด และการมีฟันแท้ผุ แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และสภาวะปริทันต์ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงในเรื่องของโรคเหงือกอักเสบ

This survey study aimed: (1) to explore personal factors of schoolboys and schoolgirls; (2) to compare results of oral health services for schoolboys with those for schoolgirls; and (3) to determine the differences in oral health status of schoolboys and schoolgirls, all at primary schools in Sathon district under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The study was undertaken among all 404 3rd-6th grade students in Sathon district's primary schools Metroprolis in Bangkok in academic year 2017. Research tools were a personal data form, an oral health service data form and an oral health assessment form. Data were collected and then analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Chi-square test. The findings showed that: (1) among all primary schoolchildren, 54.3% were male and 45.7% were female; (2) concerning oral health services, dental fillings were significantly different between schoolboys and schoolgirls; and (3) for oral health status (dentition and periodontal status) - the dentition status or average the decayed-missing-filling tooth (DMFT) and decayed tooth (DT) indexes in schoolboys and schoolgirls were significantly different, and so were the gingivitis rates in schoolboys and schoolgirls.
