ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับความพึงพอใจของครูในการปฏิบัติงานของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยม ศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา (2) ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับความพึงพอใจของครูในการปฏิบัติงานของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 25 คนและครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 306 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 331 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยคำถามเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การและความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน มีค่าความเที่ยง .82 และ .89 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้น การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา มีบรรยากาศองค์การแบบเปิดโดยมีค่าดัชนีในระดับค่าเฉลี่ยทุกมิติ (2) ความพึงพอใจของครูในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) บรรยากาศองค์การโดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจของครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมิติบรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของครู คือ มิติพฤติกรรมความเอาใจใส่ของครูและมิติพฤติกรรมผู้บริหารด้านการชี้แนะ ตัวแปรดังกล่าวสามารถอธิบายความพึงพอใจของครูได้ร้อยละ 8.7

The purposes of this research were to study (1) the organizational climate of secondary schools in Yala province; (2) job satisfaction of teachers in secondary schools in Yala province; and (3) the relationship between organizational climate and teachers’ job satisfaction of secondary schools in Yala province. The research sample totaling 331 school personnel consisted of 25 administrators and 306 teachers in secondary schools in Yala province. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire and Overall Job Satisfaction with reliability coefficients of .82 and .89 respectively. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The .05 level of statistical significance was pre-determined for hypothesis testing. Research findings showed that (1) secondary schools in Yala province had the open type of organizational climate with openness index at the average level in every dimension; (2) the teachers’ job satisfaction was at the high level; and (3) the overall organizational climate correlated positively and significantly at .05 level with the teachers’ job satisfaction. The organizational climate dimensions affecting the teachers’ job satisfaction were Engaged teacher behavior and Directive principal behavior. Both variables could explain 8.7 percent of teachers’ job satisfaction.
