Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสาเหตุของปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ การควบคุมงาน ก่อสร้างของบริษัท ฟิวเจอร์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง คอนซัลแตนท์ จำกัด (2) เสนอแนะนำแนวทางการแก้ไขในการปรับปรุงด้านคุณภาพของการควบคุมงานของบริษัท ฟิวเจอร์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง คอนซัลแตนท์ จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารบริษัท และบุคลากรในหน่วยงาน มีจำนวน 12 คน ทำการศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้แผงก้างปลา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) สาเหตุของปัญหาด้านคุณภาพการควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ได้แก่ ปัญหา เรื่องคนในส่วนของผู้ควบคุมงานที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปี ขึ้นไป แต่ไม่ยอมรับต่อความรู้ และ วิธีการใหม่ และปัญหาเรื่องกระบวนการก่อสร้าง ในส่วนของการปรับเปลี่ยนแบบแปลนก่อสร้างของ บริษัท ฟิวเจอร์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง คอนซัลแตนท์ จำกัด (2) แนวทางการแก้ไขปรับปรุงด้านคุณภาพของการ ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างในประเด็นปัญหาเรื่องคน ควรจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมความรู้ แก่ บุคลากรผู้ควบคุมงาน และการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้วยวิธีการให้รางวัล ในประเด็นปัญหาด้านกระบวนการก่อสร้าง ควรนำมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานตาม ISO 9000: 2015 มาใช้งานอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยใช้หลักการของ PDCA มาช่วยในการควบคุมและติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน
The objectives of this independent study were to 1) investigate the problem in quality of construction management of Future Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. 2) Propose ways to improve the construction management planning. The population for this study was company’s executive and employees in the organization. The sample size was 12 from the population. The data collection method is in-depth interview and Cause-and –Effect diagram for data analysis. The result showed that 1) the problem of quality management of construction is that the construction controller whose experience more than 7 years refuse to accept the new method, and the problem of construction processes in term of changing the construction plan of Future Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. 2) the solution for quality improvement of construction controlling is to manage employee by organize the training for related employee and motivate them by rewarding. For construction process, it should rigidly follow the standard of ISO9000:2015 by implementing PDCA to control and follow the process.
