Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การนำกิจกรรมระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร มาใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพของการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำและ (2) ผลการปรับปรุงด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ภายหลังจากการนำกิจกรรมระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรมาใช้ในแผนกประกันคุณภาพ บริษัท โคห์เลอร์ (ประเทศไทย)จำกัดมหาชน วิธีการศึกษานี้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากการสอบถามข้อมูลจากผู้จัดการและพนักงานแผนกตรวจสอบคุณภพเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการตรวจสอบและบริหารงานคุณภาพของแผนก และข้อมูลทุดิยภูมิจากการค้นคว้าเอกสารทางวิชาการ แล้วนำมากำหนดกรอบแนวคิดและกำหนดขั้นตอนในการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพของการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำ ของบริษัท โคห์เลอร์ ประเทศไทย จำกัดจากผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การนำกิจกรรมระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร มาใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพของการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำของบริษัท โดห์เลอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มหาชน มี ขั้นตอนดังนี้1) ให้การศึกษาแนวคิดระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรกับผู้บริหารเพื่อนำมาเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนการดำเนินการนำระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรมาประยุกค์ใช้ภายในองค์กร 2) วินิจฉัยระบบบริหารคุณภาพ และวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของบริษัท โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่เรียกว่าแผนภูมิก้างปลานำมาวิเคราะห์ หาข้อมูลในการจัดทำแผนสนับสนุนองค์กร 3) สร้างวิสัยทัศน์และจัดทำแผนสนับสนุนองค์กรซึ้งแผนสนับสนุนองค์กร โดยทั้งสองส่วนจะต้องมีความสอดคล้องสัมพันธ์กัน 4) ปฏิบัติงานประจำวันตามแผนสนับสนุนองค์กรที่ได้จัดทำไว้ 1) การรักษาสภาพ โดยเมื่อได้มีการจัดทำตามแผนสนับสนุนองค์กรอย่างครบถ้วนแล้วระบบคุณภาพจะต้องมีการรักษาสภาพไว้โดยการสุ่มตรวจสอบเป็นระยะ (2) ผลการปรับปรุงด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ภายหลังจากการนำกิจกรรมระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรมาใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพของการผลิตสุขภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำของแผนกตรวจสอบคุณภาพ บริษัทโคห์เลอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มหาชน พบว่าหลังจากทำกิจกรรมระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร ส่งผลให้คุณภาพของการผลิตสุขภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำเพิ่มมากขึ้นคือ 1) อัตราส่วนการยอมรับวัตถุดิบจากผู้ขายเพิ่มขึ้น โดยก่อนการใช้ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร อัตราส่วนการยอมรับวัตถุดิบจากผู้ขายเท่ากับร้อยละ 92.1 หลังจากการใช้ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร อัตราส่วนการยอมรับวัตถุดิบจากผู้ขายเท่ากับร้อยละ96.2 ซึ่งเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ4.1 2) อัดราส่วนข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าลดลง โคยก่อนการใช้ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร อัตราส่วนข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเท่ากับร้อยล: 0. 16 หลังจากการใช้ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร อัตราส่วนข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าร้อยละ 0.08 ซึ่งลดลงร้อยละ 50
The objectives of this study were (1) to use the total quality management activities to improve the quality of sanitary ware production; and (2) to apply the result of product quality improvement after using the total quality management activities for the Quality Assurance Department of Kohler (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The primary data was collected by interviewing managers and staff of Quality Inspection Department about the processes of quality inspection and administration. The secondary data was collected by reviewing the academic document. Subsequently, both data was used to set up the conceptual framework and processes of applying the total quality management system to improve the quality of sanitary ware production of Kohler (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The results showed that (1) there were 5 steps of using the total quality management activities to improve the quality of sanitary ware production: 1) acknowledging the managers about a concept of the total quality management system used as a database of applying total quality management system to internal management plan; 2) diagnosing the quality administration and to analyze the current situation of a company by using Fishbone diagrams for setting up a supporting plan; 3) setting up a vision and a supporting plan which related together; 4) operating daily tasks based on the supporting plan; and 5) maintaining the quality system by random check periodically; and (2) the quality of sanitary ware production increased after using the total quality management activities: 1) the ratio of materials accepted by suppliers was increased total 4.1 percent from 92.1 percent to 96.2 percent; and 2) the complaint from customers was decreased total 50 percent from 0.16 percent to 0.08 percent.
