ความสัมพันธ์ของทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกและความผูกพันกับองค์การต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์พยาบาลในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ภาคใต้

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ทุนทางจิตวิทยา เชิงบวก ความผูกพันกับองค์การ และผลการปฏิบัติงาน และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนทาง จิตวิทยาเชิงบวกและความผูกพันต่อองค์การกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์พยาบาลในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ภาคใต้ จำนวน 102 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก 3) ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และ 4) ผลการปฏิบัติงาน ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 เท่ากับ .93, .85 และ .95 ตามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .93, .85และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ค่าเฉลี่ยของทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก และผลการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความผูกพันต่อองค์การโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการปฏิบัติงานในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01และความผูกพันต่อองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลการปฏิบัติงานในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

The purpose of this descriptive research were to study : (1) to determine the level of positive psychological capital, organization commitment and work performance (2) to investigate the relationship of positive psychological capital and organization commitment on work performance of nursing faculties in Southern Boromarajonani College of Nursing. The sample of this study comprised 102 of nursing faculties who worked in Southern Boromarajonani College of Nursing. They were selected by the stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments are comprising of 4 parts: 1) the personal data, 2) the positive psychological capital 3) the organization commitment and 4) the work performance. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. Content validity was verified by five experts and the Scale - Content Validity Index (S-CVI) of the second to the fourth parts of questionnaires were .93, .85 and .95 respectively. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second to the fourth parts of questionnaires were .93, .85, and .97 respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient The research findings were as follows. (1) Nursing faculties of Southern Boromarajonani College of Nursing rated their positive psychological capital, work performance at high level (X̅ =4.05, S.D.=0.40) and organization commitment at medium level (X̅ =3.32, S.D.=0.43). (2) There were significantly positive correlations between positive psychological capital (r=.629, p<.01) and organization commitment (r=.276, p<.01) with work performance satisfaction at the high and the low level respectively.
