Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบริษัทเบียร์ไทย (1991) จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) ประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบริษัท เบียร์ไทย (1991) จำกัด (มหาชน) (3) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบริษัทเบียร์ไทย (1991) จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยองค์การกับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบริษัทเบียร์ไทย (1991) จำกัด (มหาชน) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ พนักงานบริษัท เบียร์ไทย (1991) จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 226 คน จากจำนวนทั้งหมด 517 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า สถิติ ที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์เชิงอนุมาน ที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมุติฐานได้แก่ การทดสอบด้วยสถิติค่าที ค่าเอฟ และทดสอบเป็นคู่ด้วยวิธีแอลเอสดี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยองค์การส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรม การบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร มีประสิทธิภาพระดับมาก (3) พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีระดับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมแตกต่างกัน (4) มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยองค์การกับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอยู่ในระดับสูง
This study aimed to study (1) The organizational factors affecting the efficiency in operating Total Productive Maintenance Application (TPMA) (2) The efficiency in operating TPMA (3) The comparison of the efficiency in operating TPMA based on personal factors and (4) The relationship between organizational factors and efficiency in operating TPMA of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited. The sample of this study was 226 employees of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited. The instrument in this study was Likert scale questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency percentage , mean and standard deviation. The inference statistics employed to test the hypothesis were t-test, F-test and pair-wise test , LSD. The research findings were (1) the Organization factors effected the efficiency in operating the TPMA of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited in high level. (2) The efficiency in operating the TPMA of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited showed the high level. (3) The difference in personal factors caused to the difference in the efficiency in operating the TPMA. (4) For the relationship between the organization factors and the efficiency in operating the TPMA of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited , it showed a high positive relation.
