Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของเกษตร 2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกร 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกร 4) การได้รับและความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกร และ 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 56.6 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.66 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา สมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.98 ราย แรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.81 ราย แรงงานจ้างทำนาเฉลี่ย 2.34 รายส่วนใหญ่เกษตรกรเป็นสมาชิกศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน ประสบการณ์การปลูกข้าว เฉลี่ย 17.49 ปี มีพื้นที่ตนเองปลูกข้าวเฉลี่ย 28.34 ไร่ พื้นที่เช่าเฉลี่ย 29.98 ไร่ เกษตรกรปลูกข้าวด้วยวิธีการดำด้วยเครื่องปักดำโดยมีพื้นที่เฉลี่ย 5.00 ไร่ มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ย 5,173.33 บาท/ไร่ มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 7,278 บาท/ไร่ และวิธีการหว่านโดยมีพื้นที่เฉลี่ย 28.88 ไร่ มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ย 5,832.43 บาทต่อไร่ รายได้เฉลี่ย 8,026 บาทต่อไร่ 2) เกษตรกรผลิตข้าวในด้าน การเตรียมเมล็ดพันธุ์ การเตรียมดินการดูแลรักษา การเก็บเกี่ยว และการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่เกษตรกรมีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การเตรียมดิน และการเก็บเกี่ยว 3) ปัญหาในการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งแหล่งเงินทุนเป็นปัญหามากที่สุดในการผลิตข้าวของเกษตรกร และมีข้อเสนอแนะให้หน่วยงานราชการเข้ามาให้ความรู้แก่สมาชิกภายในกลุ่ม สนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิต ได้แก่ เมล็ดพันธุ์ และเครื่องจักรกล เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนในการผลิต 4) เกษตรกรได้รับความรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการความรู้ในการผลิตข้าวอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการได้รับกับความต้องการการส่งเสริม พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ซึ่งปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการการส่งเสริม(Z) คือ รายจ่ายจากการทำนา (X) โดยสมการสามารถทำนายความสำเร็จได้ร้อยละ 18.8 ได้สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ Z =- 0.132(X) 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าว คือ นักส่งเสริมหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ถ่ายทอดความรู้ในเรื่องการเตรียมดิน การเตรียมเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าว และการดูแลรักษาการจัดการในนาข้าว โดยวิธีการฝึกปฏิบัติร่วมกับการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อให้เกษตรกรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตข้าวเพิ่มขึ้น
The objectives of this research were to study 1) general information of farmers 2) rice production conditions of farmers 3) problems and suggestions regarding rice production of farmers 4) the receiving and needs in the extension of rice production of farmers and 5) extension guidelines in rice production of farmers. The population of this study was 625 farmers at the community rice center who had registered with Pathum Thani rice research center in 2020. The sample size of 244 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. Data were collected by conducting interview and were analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, T-test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research revealed that 1) 56.6% of farmers were male with the average age of 52.66 year of age, completed primary school education, had the average member in the household of 4.98 people, had the average labor in the household of 2.81 people, and had the labor hired for rice farming of 2.34 people. Most of the farmers were members of community rice center, had the average experience in rice production of 17.49 years, had the average self-owned area of 28.34 Rai, and had the average rental area of 29.98 Rai. Farmers produced rice by using indirect seeding with planting equipment, had the average area of 5.00 Rai, had the average cost of 5,173.33 Baht/Rai, and had the average income of 7,278 Baht/Rai. They also used seedling method by having the average area of 28.88 Rai. The average cost was 5,832.43 Baht/Rai, and the average income was 8,026 Baht/Rai. 2) Rice production farmers in regards to seed preparation, soil preparation, maintenance, harvest, and post harvest practice, overall, practiced them at the high level. Regarding the aspects which the farmers practiced the most were soil preparation and harvest. 3) Problems in the rice production of farmers, overall, were at the moderate level with the most problematic issue on the funding source in rice production of farmers. Suggestion would be for the government agency to come in and give out knowledge to the group members and to support factors of production such as seeds and machines to reduce the production costs. 4) Farmers received knowledge, overall, at the highest level. They needed the knowledge regarding rice production at the high level. In comparing between the receiving and needs of the extension, it showed that there was no statistically significant level of 0.05. Factors affecting the needs in the extension (Z) included cost of rice production (X5) which resulted in multiple linear regression equation Z = -0.132 (X5). The equation was able to successfully predict at 18.8%. 5) The extension guidelines included the extensionist or government officer coming to transfer the knowledge regarding soil preparation, rice seed preparation, and maintenance management in the rice field by using practice method along with the use of electronic media in order to make farmers have better understanding about the process of rice production.
