ผลกระทบของอัตราส่วนทางการเงินต่อราคาหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนกลุ่ม SETHD ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาพรวมราคาหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทจดทะเบียน กลุ่ม SETHD ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยช่วงวิกฤตโควิด-19 2) ผลกระทบของอัตราส่วนทางการเงินต่อราคาหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทจดทะเบียน กลุ่ม SETHD ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยช่วงวิกฤตโควิด-19 การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ บริษัทที่จดทะเบียน กลุ่ม SETHD ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 30 บริษัท ในช่วง พ.ศ. 2562 ถึง พ.ศ. 2565 รวมเป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ภาพรวมราคาหลักทรัพย์ช่วงวิกฤตโควิด-19 ที่มีทิศทางแนวโน้มที่ได้รับผลกระทบด้านบวกและด้านลบโดยจัดประเภทตามหมวดธุรกิจได้ 12 หมวดธุรกิจจากจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 30 บริษัท ในกลุ่ม SETHD โดยหมวดธุรกิจที่ได้รับผลกระทบด้านบวกที่เห็นได้ชัดได้แก่ การแพทย์ การเกษตร ของใช้ส่วนตัวและเวชภัณฑ์ และ ขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ ในขณะที่หมวดธุรกิจธุรกิจที่มีทิศทางแนวโน้มราคาหลักทรัพย์ที่ได้รับผลกระทบด้านลบและปรับตัวดีขึ้นในระยะเวลาต่อมา ได้แก่ พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พลังงานและสาธารณูปโภค ธนาคาร เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เงินทุนและหลักทรัพย์ อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม วัสดุก่อสร้าง ปิโตรเคมีและเคมีภัณฑ์ 2) อัตราส่วนทางการเงินที่มีผลกระทบต่อราคาหลักทรัพย์มี จำนวน 5 อัตราส่วนทางการเงิน ได้แก่ กำไรสุทธิต่อหุ้น และ อัตราส่วนราคาปิดต่อมูลค่าหุ้นทางบัญชี มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก หรือ มีทิศทางเดียวกันกับราคาหลักทรัพย์ และ อัตราส่วนราคาปิดต่อกำไรต่อหุ้น และ อัตราส่วนเงินทุนหมุนเวียน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก หรือ มีทิศทางเดียวกันกับราคาหลักทรัพย์ ในขณะที่อัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบ หรือ มีทิศทางตรงข้ามกับราคาหลักทรัพย์

The objectives of this study were to study 1) an overall of stock price of SETHD group in the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2) the impact of financial ratios on the stock price of SETHD group in the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was quantitative research. Population in this study were 30 listed companies in the SETHD group in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The period of the study was 4 years, from 2019 to 2022, employed to analyse the data. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that: 1) overview of stock prices during the COVID-19 pandemic were positively and negatively impacted, categorizing into 12 sectors from 30 companies in the SETHD group. The sectors, that were positively impacted, were healthcare services, agribusiness, personal products & pharmaceuticals, and transportation & logistics. The sectors, in which their stock prices were negatively impacted but improved in later periods were property development, energy & utilities, banking, information & communication technology, finance & securities, food & beverage, construction materials, petrochemicals & chemicals. 2) There were 5 financial ratios that impacted on stock prices. Earnings Per Share and Price to Book Value Ratio had a positive relationship or the same direction with stock prices at the statistical significance level of 0.01. Price to Earnings Ratio and Current Ratio had a positive relationship or the same direction with the stock price at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Return on Assets had a negative relationship or opposite direction with the stock price at the statistical significance level of 0.01.
