Abstract
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter 2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับและความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter และ 4) ความแตกต่างระหว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับและความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfterการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ คนไทยผู้เล่นเกม LifeAfter ที่อยู่ในเซิร์ฟเวอร์เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้สูตรไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากรของวิลเลียม เจมเมลล์ โคชราน ซึ่งเป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอาสาสมัคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันผลการวิจัย 1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับ ของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter พบว่า ผู้เล่นรู้จักเกม LifeAfter จากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ได้แก่ เฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อน แอปสโตร์สำหรับ iOS หรือเพลย์สโตร์ สำหรับ Android ตามลำดับ เล่นเพื่อความบันเทิง ระยะเวลาการเล่นวันละ 1-2 ชั่วโมง เล่น 3-4 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ในช่วงเวลา 18.01-22.00 น. ผ่านอุปกรณ์สมาร์ทโฟน 2) ความพึงพอใจ ของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter พบว่า ผู้เล่นส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อเกม LifeAfter ในการใช้งานการเล่น การดำเนินเรื่อง การดึงดูดผู้เล่นจดจ่ออยู่กับเกม ความสนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน ความอิสระในการปลดปล่อยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สุนทรียของภาพประกอบ ระบบเสียงประกอบ ความพึงพอใจส่วนบุคคล การเชื่อมต่อทางสังคม ในระดับมาก 3) การติดตามข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวกับเกม LifeAfter จากสื่อออนไลน์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่นมากขึ้น ส่วนการติดตามข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวกับเกม LifeAfter จากสื่อออฟไลน์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่น 4) จุดประสงค์การเล่น ระยะเวลา ช่วงเวลา ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการซื้อสินค้าและบริการ อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้เล่นที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้เล่นต่อเกม LifeAfter แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this research were to study 1) LifeAfter game players’ exposure behavior to the LifeAfter game; 2) players’ satisfaction with the LifeAfter game; 3) the relationship between the players’ exposure behavior to the LifeAfter game and their satisfaction with the LifeAfter game; and 4) differences between players’ exposure behavior to the LifeAfter game and their satisfaction with the LifeAfter game.This study used quantitative research methods. The population was Thai players of the LifeAfter game, and the total population size was unknown, so according to the William Gemme ll Cochran method, a sample population of 400 players in Thailand who played the game through the server in Southeast Asia was selected using voluntary sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using t-value, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance and Pearson’s correlated coefficient. The results showed that 1) most of the LifeAfter players reported that they heard about the game from online social media such as Facebook, their friends, the iOS app store or the Android play store, in that order. They played for entertainment purposes. Most often they played for 1-2 hours a day, 3-4 days per week, and most often during 18:01-22:00, usually via their smart phones. 2) Most of the players were very satisfied with the LifeAfter game in terms of gameplay, story, immersion, fun, amusement, freedom of creative thinking, imagery and scenes, sound effects, personal satisfaction, and social interaction. 3) The factor of following news about LifeAfter game on social media was positively correlated to players’ level of satisfaction with the game. The factor of following offline news about LifeAfter game was not correlated to players’ satisfaction with the game. 4) Players with different objectives for playing, different average length of time playing, different usual time of day of playing, different levels of expenditure on in-game products and services, and different devices used to play the game had different levels of satisfaction with the LifeAfter game, to a statistically significant degree at 0.05.
