ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องฟ้าจำลองรังสิต ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษารังสิต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผูใช้บริการแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องฟ้าจำลองรังสิต ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษารังสิต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้บริการแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องฟ้าจำลองรังสิต ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อการศึกษารังสิต จำนวน 282 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความพึงพอใจของผูใช้บริการแหล่งการเรียนรู้ท้องฟ้าจำลองรังสิต ของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษารังสิต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการให้บริการของบุคลากร และด้านการให้บริการการจัดแสดงภายในท้องฟ้าจำลองรังสิต

The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction of service users with learning resources of Rangsit Planetarium, Rangsit Science Centre for Education. The research sample consisted of 282 service users of learning resources of Rangsit Planetarium, Rangsit Science Centre for Education, obtained by incidental sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the overall satisfaction of service users of learning resources of Rangsit Planetarium, Rangsit Science Centre for Education was at the high level. When specific aspects of the planetarium services were considered, it was found that their satisfaction was at the high level for every aspect, namely, the environment and facilities, the service provision of personnel, and the exhibition service within the planetarium.
