Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 (2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนกับระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 และ (4) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 6 ในสถานศึกษาเขต จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ประจําปีการศึกษา 2560 จํานวน 363 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมากเรียงตามลําดับ ดังนี้ปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมของผู้เรียน ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้ปกครอง ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายส่งเสริมผู้เรียน และปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนสื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ (2) ระดับคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ เรียงตามลําดับ ดังนี้ ภาษาไทย สังคมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ ภาษาอังกฤษ และคณิตศาสตร์ (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01และ (4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนเรียงตามลําดับ ดังนี้ ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้ปกครอง ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนสื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และปัจจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ดังสมการพยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ Z / Y = 0.270Z X5 + 0.253Z X4+ 0.190Z X1
The purposes of this research were (1) to study factors related to quality of students in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 6; (2) to study quality level of students in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 6; (3) to study the relationship between factors related to student quality and quality level of students in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 6; and (4) to study factors affecting student quality in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 6. The research sample consisted of 363 Mathayom Suksa VI students of schools in Samut Prakan province under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 6 in the academic year 2017, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire with .95 reliability coefficient and a data recording form. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that (1) both the overall factor and specific factors related to quality of students were rated at the high level and could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the readiness of learners factor, the parental support factor, the learning management factor, the student promotion policy factor, and the support on instructional media and learning sources factor; (2) the overall quality of students in schools was rated at the fair level; quality of students in specific subjects could be ranked based on the rating means as follows: Thai language, social studies, science, English language, and mathematics; (3) every factor related to student quality correlated positively and significantly at the .01 level with student quality; and (4) factors affecting student quality could be ranked as follows: the parental support factor, the support on instructional media and learning sources factor, and the learning management factor; and the predicting equation could be constructed as shown below: Z /Y = 0.270Z X5 + 0.253Z X4+ 0.190Z X1
