Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพึ่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติหนัาที่ของเจัาหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในเรือนจำ เขต 6 ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความเครียดในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจัาหน้าทีราชทัณฑในเรือนจำ เขต 6 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายู สถานภาพสมรสระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อายุราชการ ระดับชั้น สายงานที่ปฏิบัติ และสถานที่ทํางาน และศึกษาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาความเครียดของเจัาหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในเรือนจำ เขต 6 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือเจัาหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ในเรือนจำเขต 6 ระดับ 1-5 จำนวน 567 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบจับสลากตามสัดส่วนในแต่ละเรือนจำได้กลุ่บตัวอย่าง 327 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ารัอยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมตฐานใช้การทดสอบค่าทีและการทดสอบค่าเอฟ่ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า ระดับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ระดับการศึกษาและสถานที่ทำงานเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในด้านต่างๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาความเครียดของเจัาหน้าที่ราชทัณฑ์ คือ การปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานและกฎระเบียบให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพปัจจุบัน
The purposes of this research were to study the level of work stress among correctional staff a provinces prison in zone six. To compare the work stress among correctional staff a provinces in zone six, which classified from the personal factors according to sex, age, married status, educational level, incomes, official terms, rank, working line, and working places. And, to study the way to solve work stress problems. The populations were 567 level 1 - 5 correctional staff a provinces prison in zone six. The samples were 327 persons from the populations taken by using lottery random sampling method. Collected data by using the questionnaire. Analyzed in frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study were found that the level of work stress among correctional staff was in medium level. The hypothesis showed the factors influencing in work stress among correction staff in all part which was significantly at the .05 level was the educational level and the working place.The way to solve work stress problems was to improve the work systems and the regulations to be suitable for current conditions.
