ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส (2) ระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 181 แห่ง ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยครูสถานศึกษาละ 2 คน รวม 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และ .94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกและอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .76

The purposes of this study were to study (1) the in-school supervision behaviors of school administrators under the Offices of Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area; (2) the level of morale in job performance of teachers; and (3) the relationship between in-school supervision behaviors of school administrators and morale in job performance of teachers. The sample consisted of 181 basic education schools, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The informants were 362 teachers, two of which from each school. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on in-school supervision behaviors of school administrators and morale in job performance of teachers, with reliability coefficients of .97 and .94 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The findings were as follows: (1) both the overall and by-aspect in-school supervision behaviors of school administrators were rated at the high level; (2) both the overall and by-aspect morale in job performance of teachers were rated at the rather high level; and (3) in-school supervision behaviors of school administrators and morale in job performance of teachers correlated positively at the rather high level, with the correlation coefficient of .76 which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance
