ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การของมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 200 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การและภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บรรยากาศองค์การของมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) บรรยากาศองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงมากกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were (1) to study organizational climate of private universities in Bangkok Metropolis; (2) to study academic leadership of private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis; and (3) to study the relationship between organizational climate and academic leadership of private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis. The research sample consisted of 200 private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis, all of whom were obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on organizational climate and academic leadership of private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis, with reliability coefficients of 0.96 and 0.97, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall organizational climate of private universities in Bangkok Metropolis was appropriate at the high level; (2) the overall academic leadership of private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis was at the high level; and (3) organizational climate positively correlated at the very high level with academic leadership of private university instructors in Bangkok Metropolis, which was significant at the .01 level.
