Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถภาพด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ การสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีระดับมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถภาพด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูผู้สอนคอมพิวเตอร์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหาร ส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่า (1) สมรรถภาพด้านความรู้ ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการไฟล์และโฟลเดอร์ (2) สมรรถภาพด้านทักษะข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ทักษะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และ (3) สมรรถภาพด้านคุณลักษณะ ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ มีคุณลักษณะแนวความคิดรู้จักกาลเทศะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร
The objective of this study was to study the information and communication technology competencies of computer teachers in the Career and Technology Learning Area of schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization. The research population comprised 200 computer teachers at the secondary education level in the Career and Technology Learning Area of schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization in the first semester of the 2013 academic year. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that both the overall and by-aspect information and communication competencies of computer teachers in the Career and Technology Learning Area of schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization were at the high level. When individual aspects of competencies were considered, it was found that (1) in the knowledge aspect of competencies, the item receiving the highest rating mean was that on knowledge concerning file and folder management; (2) in the skill aspect of competencies, the item receiving the highest rating mean was that on information and communication technology skills; and (3) in the characteristics aspect of competencies, the item receiving the highest rating mean was that on realizing the proper time and place for using information and communication technology.
