การพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 39

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบวัดทกัษะชีวิตและอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 39 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นทื่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 39 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ปี การศึกษา 2560 ในโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 39 จำนวน 200 คน จาก 12 โรงเรียน ได้มา โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่พัฒนาเป็นแบบวัด ทักษะชีวิต และอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวีด โดยการหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา อำนาจจำแนก และความเที่ยง ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) แบบวัดทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่พัฒนาขึ้นจำนวน 1 ฉบับ เป็นแบบสังเกตแบบมีโครงสร้างชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ รายการประเมินมีการให้คะแนนแบบรูบริค แบบวัดทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ แบ่งเป็น 5 ด้าน คือ ความยืดหยุ่น และการปรับตัว ความคิดริเริ่มและการช้ีนาํ ตนเอง ทกั ษะดา้ นสังคมและการแลกเปลี่ยนข้ามวัฒนธรรม มีผลงานและความรับผิดชอบตรวจสอบได้ และภาวะผู่นำ และความรับผิดชอบ และ (2) แบบวัดทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยดัชนีความสอดคล้องมีค่าระหว่าง .60 ถึง 1.00 อำนาจจำแนกโดยการทดสอบค่าที มีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีความเที่ยงของแบบวัด ด้านที่ 1 – 5 ดังนี้ .82, .80, .66, .78 และ .82 ตามลำดับ และความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้งฉบับ มีค่าเท่ากับ .89

The purposes of this research were (1) to construct a scale to measure life and career skills in the 21st Century of lower secondary students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 39; and (2) to verify quality of the developed scale to measure life and career skills in the 21st Century of lower secondary students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 39. The research sample consisted of 200 lower secondary students from 12 schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 39 during the 2017 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The developed research instrument was a scale to measure life and career skills in the 21st Century of lower secondary students. Quality verification of the developed scale was undertaken by finding its content validity, discriminating power, and reliability. Research findings revealed that (1) the developed scale to measure life and career skills in the 21st Century was a 5-scale structured observation form containing 30 items with scoring rubric for each item; the scale covered five aspects, namely, flexibility and self-adjustment, creative thinking and self-direction, social and cultural exchange skills, productivity and accountability, and leadership and responsibility; and (2) the developed scale to measure life and career skills in the 21st Century had content validity as shown by the IOC ranging from .60 – 1.00; its discriminating power was indicated by results of the t-test which was significant at the .01 level; reliability coefficients of the five aspects of the scale were .82, .80, .66, .78, and .62, respectively; and finally, reliability coefficient of the whole scale was .89.
