Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินบริบทด้านวัตถุประสงค์และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร (2) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร (3) ประเมินกระบวนการของหลักสูตร และ (4) ประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารงานก่อสร้างและสาธารณูปโภค (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) สำนักวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย (1) คณะกรรมการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฯ จำนวน 8 คน (2) อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 6 คน (3) นักศึกษา จำนวน 88 คน (4) ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 58 คน (5) ผู้บังคับบัญชา จำนวน 58 คน และ (6) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 221 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ทาการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยการประเมินหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารงานก่อสร้างและสาธารณูปโภค (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) สำนักวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านบริบท ปัจจัยเบื้องต้น กระบวนการ และผลผลิต มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากทุกด้าน ซึ่งผลการประเมินเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
The purposes of this research were to evaluate (1) the context including objectives and structure of the program, (2) the input of the program, (3) the process of the program, and (4) the output of the Master of Engineering Program in Construction and Infrastructure Management (Revised Program, B.E. 2555) of the Institute of Engineering, Suranaree University of Technology the research sample totaling 221 persons comprised (1) eight members of the Program Review Committee, (2) six instructors, (3) 88 students, (4) 58 graduates, (5) 58 supervisors of the graduates, and (6) 3 experts. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument. Research data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis the findings of this research on evaluation of the Master of Engineering Program in Construction and Infrastructure Management (Revised Program, B.E. 2555) of the Institute of Engineering, Suranaree University of Technology revealed that all of the four components of the program, namely, the context, input, process, and output were appropriate at the high level. Thus, the evaluation results in all components of the program met the set criteria.
