Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศคลินิกสุขภาพของโรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลหลักของคลินิกสุขภาพในโรงเรียนและข้อมูลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลินิกสุขภาพการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศคลินิกสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ประกอบด้วย (1) ศึกษาความต้องการและปัญหาที่พบในคลินิกสุขภาพ (2) รวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในคลินิก (3) วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ (4) พัฒนาระบบ (5) ประเมินระบบโดยผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ซอฟต์แวร์ที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ ได้แก่ ไมโครซอฟต์แอคเซสและวิชวลเบสิก การวางระบบเป็นการใช้ระบบ แม่ข่าย/ลูกข่าย ซึ่งทำให้สามารถเข้าใช้ระบบสารสนเทศได้ครั้งละมากกว่า 1 คน โดยใช้รหัสแท่ง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ใช้บริการระบบสารสนเทศคลินิกสุขภาพครอบคลุมงานระเบียนประวัติผู้เข้ารับการรักษา ข้อมูลการใช้ยาสั่งโดยแพทย์และข้อมูลงานคลินิกสุขภาพผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระบบสารสนเทศคลินิกสุขภาพในโรงเรียนเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานคลินิกสุขภาพของโรงเรียน (2) ผู้บริหารคลินิกสุขภาพในโรงเรียนสามารถรายงาน
จำนวนผู้ป่วยยาและเวชภัณฑ์ รายละเอียดของอาการป่วยและอุบัติเหตุได้รวดเร็วกว่าการทำด้วยมึอ (3) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสามารถใช้ข้อมูลจากรายงานจัดสรรงบประมาณให้คลินิกสุขภาพได้อย่างเหมาะสม และ (4) รายงานเกี่ยวกับอุบัติเหตุได้รับการนำมาใช้เป็นข้อมูลให้ครูเพิ่มความระมัดระวังนักเรียนไม่ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุต่อไป
The objective of this study was to develop Health Clinic Information System at Kasetsart University Laboratory School Center for Educational Research and Development The developed system focuses on the school’s clinical data and other information related to the school health clinic.The development of the School Health Clinic Information System (SHCIS) was based on the principle of the information system development life cycle.This comprised a study of needs for the information system and problems in providing clinical services, a collection of data pertaining to clinical services, system analysis and design, and also programming. Moreover, system implementation and evaluation by the clinic’s administrators and the clinic’s users were also conducted. The development software used in this study was Microsoft Access with Visual Basic for Application. It was designed for Client/server system which enabled several users to access the information simultaneously. Additionally, users could use their school ID card, ๒ barcode format, to get into the system easier. The SHCIS catered for patients’ records of treatment by physicians, prescription records, and other records of the school health clinic’s operation. The results of the study showed that (1) the SHCIS increased the efficiency of school health clinic administration; (2) school health clinic administrators were able to report the numbers of patients, prescribed medications, and details of illnesses and accidents more quickly than when they were manually collated; (3) school administrators employed data from reports to effectively allocate budgets to the school health clinic; and (4) reports of accidents were used to draw teaching staffs attention to the prevention of school accidents.
