Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี และ2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี จานวน 400 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของทาโร ยามาเน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ การกำหนดทิศทางขององค์กร การกำหนดกลยทธุ์ การนำกลยทธุ์ไปปฏิบัติ และการควบคุมและประเมินกลยทธุ์ และ (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารแตกต่างกัน มีระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์แตกต่างกัน โดยผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์การบริหารมากกว่า 10 ปีมีภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์มากกว่าผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์การบริหาร 5 - 10 ปี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่บริหารงานในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์แตกต่างกัน โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์แตกต่างจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the strategic leadership level of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi; and (2) to compare the strategic leadership level of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi as classified by work experience and school size. The research sample consisted of 400 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on strategic leadership of school administrator, with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. The research results showed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of strategic leadership were the following: the determination of the organization’s direction, the determination of strategies, the implementation of strategies, and the control and evaluation of strategies, respectively; and (2) school administrators with different administrative work experiences differed significantly in their strategic leadership levels, with school administrators with administrative work experience of more than 10 years having significantly higher level of strategic leadership than that of school administrators with 5 – 10 years of administrative work experience at the .05 level of statistical significance; also, administrators of schools of different sizes differed significantly in their strategic leadership levels, with administrators of small schools having strategic leadership level significantly different from those of administrators of medium sized schools, large sized schools, and extra-large sized schools at the .05 level of statistical significance.
