Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาล สําหรับนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (2) ประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาลสําหรับนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 รุ่นที่ 56 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จํานวน 30 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย และผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จํานวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาล (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ (4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 หลังใช้บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาล สําหรับนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.44/81.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนด (2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง แนวคิดและหลักจริยธรรมวิชาชีพการพยาบาล สําหรับนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) นักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกมีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purpose of this research was to (1) to create an E-learning on Ethical Concept and Principles of Nursing Profession for the Second-Year Nursing Students of The Royal Thai Army Nursing College (2) to verify quality of the created E-learning, and (3) to evaluate student’s satisfaction to E-learning. The research sample comprised 30 second-year nursing students of The Royal Thai Army Nursing College during the second semester of the 2020 academic year and 6 experts, obtained by simple random. The employed research instrument was (1) the created E-learning on Ethical Principles (2) a quality assessment for the E-learning, (3) Posttest of the E-learning on Ethical Principles, and (4) questionnaire on the uses of E-learning on Ethical Principles of Nursing Profession. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the created E-learning entitle ethical principles of nursing profession had efficiency at 80.44/81.33 (2) result of quality verification by the experts show data constructed E-learning as a whole was appropriate at the highest level and (3) the students had satisfaction at highest level
