Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ (2) ระดับความคิดเห็นด้านคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ (4) เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานระหว่างพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กับพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ พนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 3,167 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 355 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.953 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง41-45 ปี ส่วนใหญ่สมรสแลัว มีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 10,000-20,000
บาทมีอายุการทำงาน 21-25 ปีและมีตำแหน่งงานเป็นพนักงานปฏิบัติการ (2) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความก้าวหนัาและความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัว และด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา อยู่ใน ระดับมาก (3) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน โดยรายได้ อายุการทำงานและตำแหน่งงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน (4) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีระดับมากกว่าพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ในด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอและยุติธรรม ด้านความก้าวหนัาและความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านสิทธิของพนักงาน และด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา
This research aimed to study: (1) personal characteristics of the regional postal officers; (2) attitude towards quality of work life of the regional postal officers;(3) relationship between personal characteristics and attitude towards quality of work life of the regional postal officers; and (4) comparison of attitude towards quality of work life between the regional postal officers working in Bangkok Metropolis and Samutprakarn Province. This research was based on survey. The sample consisted of 355 randomly selected officers out of the population of 3,167 officers working in Bangkok Metropolis and Samutprakarn Province of Thailand Post Company Limited. The researcher utilized the simple random sampling methodology to collect data with questionnaires. Statistic used included percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe' test. The research reveals that: (1) the majority of the regional postal officers were males aged between 41-45 years old, most of them were married, under bachelor degree, with monthly income level of 10,000-20,000 baht, and length of service between 21-25 years in the operational level positions; (2) the overall quality of work life when considered each aspect at a time, it was found that the career advancement and the security, the teamwork, the work-life balance and the supervision aspect were expressed at the high level; (3) the personal characteristics which related to quality of work life had difference in income, length of service and job position would have the different in quality of work life; and (4) attitude towards quality of work life of the regional postal officers working in Bangkok Metropolis had more than those working in Samutprakarn Province in adequate and reasonable compensation, careeradvancement and security, teamwork, employee’s rights and supervision.
