Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยระบบจัดการเนื้อหาเพื่อสนับ สนุน การจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ และ (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ที่พัฒนาด้วยระบบจัดการเนื้อหาเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ การดำเนินการวิจัยครอบคลุม 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ และ (2) การศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเป็นบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสรุปเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ (1) การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้วยระบบจัดการเนื้อหาเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการความรู้โรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ เป็นการบูรณาการคุณสมบัติการทำงานพื้นฐานในระบบจัดการเนื้อหาดรูปัลกับแนวคิดการสร้างความรู้ด้วยวงจรความรู้ โดยใช้การทำงานตามวงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ขั้นการวางแผนและวิเคราะห์ ความต้องการ ขั้นการออกแบบ ขั้นการพัฒนา ขั้นการทดสอบ ขั้นการนำไปใช้ และขั้นการบำรุงรักษา และ (2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ ได้แก่ เว็บไซต์ ที่พัฒนาสามารถใช้สนับสนุนการจัดการความรู้ได้เป็นอย่างดี มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีรูปแบบเหมาะสม มีขั้นตอนการใช้งานไม่ซับซ้อน และทำความเข้าใจการใช้งานได้ง่าย รวมทั้งมีคุณสมบัติในการใช้เป็นนวัตกรรมในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาได้เป็นอย่างดี ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ การเพิ่มหมวดหมู่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความพิการด้านอื่น การจัดระบบการนิเทศและส่งเสริมใช้เว็บไซต์ และการจัดทำคู่มือการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a website with content management system for supporting knowledge management of Thung Mahamek School for the Deaf; and 2) to study opinions and suggestions for quality of the website with content management system for supporting knowledge management of Thung Mahamek School for the Deaf. The research process comprised two stages: (1) the development of website; and 2) the study of opinions and suggestions for quality of the website. The key informants were 8 school personnel who performed their duties in the academic year 2019. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview. Qualitative data were analyzed with content summaries and content analysis. Research findings showed that (1) the development of website with content management system for supporting knowledge management of Thung Mahamek School for the Deaf was the integration of basic functionality in Drupal CMS with the concept of creating knowledge through the knowledge spiral (SECI Model) by using a 6-step software development cycle, namely, the planning and requirement analysis step, the design step, the development step, the testing step, the deployment step, and the maintenance step; and (2) opinions concerning quality of the website were as follows: the website could provide a great support for knowledge management; it could be effective in terms of having an appropriate model, simple process, and ease of use; and it could be qualified as an innovation for school administration as well; while suggestions related to the website were as follows: expanding knowledge categories for other disabilities aspect; managing the supervision and promotion system for the use of the website; and arranging a website development manual.
