Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาคลังข้อมูลด้านการจัดการคุณภาพศึกษา ในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 (2) จัดทำรายงานที่รองรับการวิเคราะห์และตัดสินใจ โดยใช้หลักการทางธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ และ (3) ประเมินระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะเพื่อการจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษาในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โครงการนี้มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (2) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ (3) ออกแบบคลังข้อมูล โดยใช้โครงสร้างคลังข้อมูลแบบสโนว์เฟลค (4) พัฒนาคลังข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 และ Navicat Premium (5) พัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหลายมิติ โดยโปรแกรม Navicat Premium Power BI Desktop และ Power BI Mobile (6) ประเมินผลการใช้งานด้วย Google Form และ (7) สรุปผลการวิจัยและข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัย คือ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 มีคลังข้อมูลเพื่อจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษา มีการใช้หลักการธุรกิจอัจฉริยะจัดทำรายงานรองรับการวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจในหลายมิติของผู้เกี่ยวข้องในระดับต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารการศึกษา ผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ประธานสหวิทยาเขต หัวหน้าศูนย์พัฒนาวิชาการกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่ม ศึกษานิเทศก์ และนักวิชาการศึกษา เพื่อจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษาและเฝ้าระวังความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักเรียนให้สามารถดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนได้ทันท่วงที และมีการประเมินระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ โดยรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้งาน ทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 20 คน และได้ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมต่อการใช้งานระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะเพื่อการจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.20 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5.0 อยู่ในระดับดี เหมาะสมสำหรับนำไปใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษาของสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32
The objectives of this research were as follows : (1) to develope data warehouse for Quality Education Management(QEM) in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 (SESAO 32), (2) to generate reports based on business intelligence for decision analysis and decision support system and (3) to evaluate the business intelligence for quality education management in the SESAO 32. Research methodology was as follows: (1) studying business process (2) studying and analysing users' demands by interview (3) designing data warehouse using the structure of snowflake schema (4) developing data warehouse using SQL Server 2008 and Navicat Premium (5) developing multidimensional data-supporting system using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Mobile (6) evaluating usage by Google Forms and (7) conclusions and suggestions for the further work. The results showed that data warehouse of SESAO 32 could accommodate QEM. The use of BI in QEM was the important tool to produce reports that supporting data analysis and decision-making of the various committee levels involved including educational administrators, school directors, campus presidents, heads of academic center, group directors, supervisors and academic education to manage the quality of education and student's risk management which resulted in prompt student's aids. After that, the BI for QEM was evaluated by the 20 users. There were satisfied with using the BI for QEM in SESAO 32 at a good level with the mean score of 4.20 from 5.0 that was suitable for use to manage the quality of education of the SESAO 32.
