Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดพังงา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีอายุ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และการได้รับการอบรมเพิ่มเติมทางด้านอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดพังงาจำนวน 73 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะที่พัฒนาโดย อรทัย ปีงวงศานุรักษ์ (2540) ทดสอบความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบากเท่ากับ 0.99 วิเกราะห์ ข้อมูล ไดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1)สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดพังงา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงลำดับดังนี้ (1) ด้านกิจกรรมการพยาบาล (2) ด้านการวางแผนการพยาบาล (3) ด้านการประเมินอาการ (4) ด้านคุณลักษณะผู้นำ (5)ด้านกฎหมายและจริยธรรม (6 ด้านการบริหาร และ (7) ด้านวิชาการ 8) พยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินที่มีอายุแตกต่างกันมีสมรรถนะไม่แตกต่างกันแต่พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมด้านอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินและมีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of this descriptive research were: 1) to study competencies of professional nurses at the Emergency Departments in community hospitals, Phang-Nga province and 2) to compare competencies of professional nurses at the Emergency Departments in terms of age, experience in working and additional training in accidents and emergencies. The sample included 73 professional nurses and was selected by the stratified random sampling technique at the Emergency Departments in community hospitals, Phang-Nga Province. The competency assessment form, developed by Orathai Puengwongsanuruk (2540), was used as the research instrument. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient was 0.99. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research results found as follows.(1) Nursesrated their overall competencies for accidents and emergencies in their departments at community hospitals in Phang-Nga Province at the high level.Their competencies were ranked from the highest to the lowest ones as the following: 1) nursing activity, 2) nursing planning, 3) symptoms assessment, 4) leadership characteristics, 5) law and ethics, 6) administration, and 7) academic competencies. (2) There was no significant difference in age; whereas, there were significant differences in terms of experience in working and additional training in accidents and emergencies (p<.05)
