สภาพปัญหาและแนวทางพัฒนาธุรกิจรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของ‌สหกรณ์การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นควัาอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพึ่อศึกษาสกาพทั่วไปของสหกรณ์ การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในการการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์ การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด 3) เพื่อให้แนวทางในการพัฒนาการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์ การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด วิธีการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด จำนวน 286 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใชํในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสหกรณ์การเกษตรเขมราฐ จำกัด มีพื้นที่ ดำเนินการอยู่ในเขตเขมราฐ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านต่างๆ ตามความด้องการของ สมาชิก ในด้านธุรกิจรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกสหกรณ์มีการกำหนดนโยบายแผนการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน ระหว่างคณะกรรมการดำเนินการและฝ่ายจัดการของสหกรณ์ แล้วมอบอำนาจให้อนุกรรมการรับ ซื้อขายข้าวเปลือกและรองผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดดำเนินการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกจากสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และเกษตรกรทั่วไป เพื่อขายต่อให้พ่อค้า 2) ปัญหาในการรวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์ได้แก่ การวางแผนในการใชัเงินทุน ด้านเจัาหน้าที่สหกรณ์ เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์มีไม่เพียงพอในการ ให้บริการรวมทั้งด้านการวางแผนการบริหารจัดการ 3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาการรวบรวม ข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์จากการศึกษาพบว่าสหกรณ์ควรลดขั้นตอนในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้รวดเร็ว ทันต่อเหตุการณ์ พัฒนาระบบการบริหารงานให้ทันกับสภาวะทัองตลาดและพ่อค้าเอกชน สรัาง ความเชื่อมั่นให้สมาชิกศรัทธาในสหกรณ์ เพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์ นอกจากนี้สหกรณ์ควรมีการ ฝึกอบรมเจัาหน้าที่ให้มีความชำนาญ และทักษะในการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

The study objectives were 1) to study the general information of Khemarat Agricultural Cooperatives Ltd (KAC), Ubonratchathani Province, 2) to study paddy collecting business problems of KAC 3) to find out the guidance for problem solving of paddy collecting business of KAC. The study methodology was collected from members of KAC. The sample size was 286 persons applied the accidental sampling technique as study methodology. The descriptive statistics was applied such as percentage arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The study showed that 1) KAC had the business operation area of Khemarat district, Ubonratchathani Province serving the members’ need. KAC had policy for paddy collecting business decided by the committee. By doing that they were the join decision between operative committee and managerial staff then they appointed the authority of paddy collecting business decision for the subcommittee. The KAC purchased paddy not only from members but also the farmers then they sold them to the merchants 2) problems of paddy collecting business such as the financial and managerial plan of KAC 3) the guidance of problem solving of paddy collecting business was exhibited as the reduction of business process, hatched up the current marketing, competed with the merchants, built up the members’ faith of Cooperatives Philosophy. KAC could have the training program for cooperatives staffs in order to improve their ability and skill.
