ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทคจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การวิจัยเรึ่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (2) ศึกษา ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก เขตนิคมอุดสาหกรรมไฮเทคจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (3) เสนอแนะการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดประชากร ได้แก่ กลุ่มโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 21 แห่ง มีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 20 แห่ง โดยวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างภายในของโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก กระบวนการผลิต ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงการทำงานในแต่ละแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ และการใช้แบบสอบถามแล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ,ค่าเฉลี่ยและการวิเคราะห์หาค่าเอฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยามีการจัดการ โดยปัจจัยลักษณะการประกอบการ ด้านทุนจดทะเบียน สินทรัพย์สุทธิ จำนวนปีที่ดำเนินงาน และจำนวนพนักงาน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก (2) ปัจจัยลักษณะกระบวนการผลิตได้แก่การผลิต ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกยานยนต์ การผลิตชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกอีเล็กทรอนิกส์และการผลิตชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการโลจิสดีกส์ในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ณ ระดับแอลฟา 0.05 (3) จากผลการวิจัยผู้บริหารควรจัดให้มีการบริหารงานที่ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมทางการบริหารมากขึ้น

The objectives of this research were ;1) to study logistics management in plastic injection factories in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate at Phra Nakom Si Ayutthaya Province ;2) to study factors affecting efficiency of the logistics management in plastic injection factories in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate at Phra Nakom Si Ayutthaya Province ; and 3) to suggest efficiency logistics management in plastic injection factories in order to get the highest efficiency The population of this research were 21 plastic injection factories in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate at Ayutthaya Province twenty factories was studied samples by analyzing internal structure, processes as well as functional linkages in each department pertaining production. Data were collected by using interview and a questionnaire. Research finding showed that the data were then analyzed both contend analysis and the logistics management in Plastic Injection Factories in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate at Phra Nakom Si Ayutthaya, which base on business characteristic factor in time of authorized capital, asset net cost, numbers of your in this business and numbers of employees were not related to level of logistics management in the factories;2) production process characteristic factor were electronic plastic automotive component production and produce plastic electronic component production were related to logistics management in the factories at the 0.05 statistically significant level; and 3) the results suggested that the executives should provide more participatory management by employees.
