แรงจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร เทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง (2) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพ ในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง และ (3) ทดสอบแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยองการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือบุคลากรของเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) บุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านค่าตอบแทน และด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในองค์การมีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบลพลา จังหวัดระยอง ได้ร้อยละ 78.60

The purposes of this study were to (1) study the opinion levels on the work motivation of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality, Rayong Province; (2) study the opinion levels on the work efficiency of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality, Rayong Province, (3) test the motivation affecting the work efficiency of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality, Rayong Province.This study was quantitative research. The population of this study was the personnel working at Phala Subdistrict Municipality in Rayong Province, a total of 110 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, population standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.The study results showed that (1) the overall opinion level on the work motivation of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality was at the highest level. (2) The overall opinion level on the work efficiency of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality was at the highest level. (3) The motivation, in terms of work achievement, respect, salary, and interpersonal relationships, had an influence on the work efficiency of personnel in Phala Subdistrict Municipality, Rayong Province, which are statistically significant at the 0.05 level, and could jointly predict the work efficiency of personnel at 78.60 percent.
