Abstract
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานการตรวจเงิน สำนักแผ่นดินภูมิภาคที่ 12 (2) เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจของบุคลากรสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินภูมิภาคที่ 12 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจของบุคลากรสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินภูมิภาคที่ 12 การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรประกอบด้วยบุคลากรสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินภูมิภาคที่ 12 จำนวน 139 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาครั้งนี้ จำนวน 110 คน เป็นการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับแรงจูงใจของบุการสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินภูมิภาค ที่ 12 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความรับผิดชอบในงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านความสำเร็จในงาน ด้านความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ ด้านลักษณะงานที่สร้างสรรค์และท้าทาย ด้านความเจริญเติบโตขององค์การ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ และด้านความรับผิดชอบในงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านสถานภาพในการทำงาน ด้านนโยบายและการบริหารงานในองค์การ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในองค์การ ด้านวิธีการบังคับบัญชาและการควบคุมดูแล ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในองค์การ และด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ และ (2) บุคลากรที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ ตาแหน่ง และระยะเวลาทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินภูมิภาคที่ 12 ควรจัดกิจกรรมหรืออบรมเพื่อกระตุ้นให้บุคลาการเกิดแรงจูงใจ ในการปฏิบัติงาน
The objectives of this independent study were (1) to study the level of motivation of personnel in the performance of the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand Regional Office 12, (2) to compares the motivation of personnel in the Regional Auditor General Office 12 classified by personal factors, and (3) to recommend guidelines on the motivation of personnel in the Regional Auditor General Office 12. The population of this survey research consisted of 139 employees of the Regional Auditor General's Office 12. The sample comprised 110 people, determined by stratified random sampling. Tools used for collecting online questionnaire. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and the pair difference by Scheffe’s method. The results of the study found that (1) the level of motivation of the Office of the Auditor General of the Region 12 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, Motivating factor and Maintenance factor were also at a high level. The Motivating factor of job responsibility aspect was at the highest level, while the aspects of achievement, advancement, work itself, recognition, growth, and responsibility respectively were at a high level. The Maintenance factor of all aspects of organization policies and administration, relationships within organization, supervising method, salary and wage, and safety at work were at the high level (2) comparing the motivation of personnel towards the Regional Auditor General Office 12 classified by personal factors, it was found that the personnel who had different age, level of education, position, and length of work had motivation in the performance with a statistical significance at the level of 0.05, and (3) the Office of the Auditor General of the Region 12 should organize activities or training for personnel to stimulate their motivation for work performance.
