Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา วิชาแผนที่เข็มทิศ เรื่อง การอ่านพิกัดกริดทางทหาร สําหรับนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก โรงเรียนนายสิบทหารบก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกด้วยชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา วิชาแผนทีเข็มทิศ เรื่อง การอ่านพิกัดกริดทางทหาร และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกที่มีต่อชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา วิชาแผนที่เข็มทิศ เรื่อง การอ่านพิกัดกริดทางทหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกรุ่นที่ 24 โรงเรียนนายสิบทหารบก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 2 การศึกษา 2563 จํานวน 55 นาย ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา วิชาแผนที่เข็มทิศ เรื่อง การอ่านพิกัดกริดทางทหาร (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนนายสิบทหารที่มีต่อชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา วิชาแผนที่เข็มทิศ เรื่อง การอ่านพิกัดกริดทางทหาร มีประสิทธิภาพ 82.03/82.16 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด 80/80 (2) นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแผนจุฬามีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแผนจุฬามีความคิดเห็นว่ามุมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ช่วยทำให้นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบกเตรียมการในการฝึกปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองจนเกิดความชำนาญ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were (1) to develop a Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading for non-commissioned officer cadets of the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the non-commissioned officer cadets learning from the Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading; and (3) to study the opinions of the non-commissioned officer cadets toward the Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading. The research sample consisted of 55 non-commissioned officer cadets of the 24th. Batch studying during the second semester of the 2020 academic year at the Army Non-Commissioned Officer School in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on non-commissioned officer cadet’s opinions toward the Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed Chula Plan instructional package in the Compass Map Course on the topic of Military Grid Coordinates Reading was efficient at 82.03/82.16, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the non-commissioned officer cadets learning from the Chula Plan instructional package achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the non-commissioned officer cadets who learned from the Chula Plan instructional package had the opinion that the materials and teaching aids corner enabled them to prepare for practice training by themselves until they gained expertise at the highest level
