Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 1 2) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 1 จำนวน 302 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 และ .97 ตามลาดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทักษะด้านมนุษย์ ทักษะด้านเทคนิค ทักษะด้านความคิดรวบยอด และทักษะด้านความรู้ความคิด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนทักษะด้านการศึกษาและการสอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้าน การส่งเสริมพัฒนานักเรียน และด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา และด้านการส่งต่อ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the administrative skills of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) the operation of student support system in schools; and 3) the relationship between the administrative skills of school administrators and the operation of student support system in schools. The research sample consisted of 302 teachers in schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire dealing on the administrative skills of school administrators and the operation of student support system in schools, with reliability coefficients of 0.98 and 0.97, respectively. The statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients. Research findings revealed that 1) overall aspect of the administrative skills of school administrators was at the highest level; when considered each aspect, it was found that the human skills, the technical skills, the conceptual skills, and the cognitive skills were at the highest level; while the instructional skills was at the high level; 2) overall aspect of the operation of student support system of schools was at the highest level; when considered each aspect, it was found that the recognition of individual students, the student development promotion, and the student screening were at the highest level; while the prevention and problem solution, and the student referral were at the high level; and 3) the administrative skills of school administrators positively related to the operation of student support system in schools at the moderate level, which was significant at the .01 level.
