Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพก่อนและหลังการใช้คู่มือการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพยาบาลวิชาชีพและผู้ใช้บริการ ในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ใช้บริการหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลลำปางจำนวน 604 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย 1) คู่มือการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพยาบาลวิชาชีพและผู้ใช้บริการในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลลำปาง ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดของทฤษฎีสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของฮิลการ์ด เพบพลาว ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และ 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพซึ่งคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สูตรอัลฟาของกรอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ของพยาบาลหลังการใช้คู่มือการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างพยาบาลกับผู้ใช้บริการในหน่วยงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลลำปาง มากกว่าก่อนการ ใช้คู่มืออย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this independent study was to compare the client’s satisfaction on the professional nurse’s interaction before and after using the handbook for establishing interaction between professional nurses and clients at the Emergency Unit in Lampang Hospital. The participants were 604 clients who utilized the health care services of the emergency unit in Lampang Hospital. The instruments were 1) the handbook for establishing interaction between professional nurses and clients was developed by author and based on the Interpersonal Nursing Theory of Hildgard Peplau. and 2) the client’s satisfaction questionnaire. These handbook and questionnaire were tested for validity by 5 experts. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the client’s satisfaction questionnaire was 0.93. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Independent t -test. The findings showed that the mean scores of the client’s satisfaction after using the handbook for establishing interaction between professional nurses and clients were significantly higher than before at the level .05
