Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัฅถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ป้องกันปราบปราม (สายตรวจ) ของข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมือง ลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ป้องกันปราบปราม (สายตรวจ) ของข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นกลุ่มข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ป้องกันปราบปราม (สายตรวจ) สถานีตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองลำพูน จำนวน 123 นาย เครึ่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดอันดับ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับขวัญกำลังใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดย กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ และด้านความมั่นคงในงานในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.92 ,3.52 ,3-56
และ 4.37 ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านโอกาสความกัาวหน้า ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และด้านเงินและสวัสดิการอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.11,3.41,3.38,2.83 และ 2.54ตามลำดับ (2) ปัจจัยที่นีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน และปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคง สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ป้องกันปราบปราม (สายตรวจ) ของข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน ได้ร้อยละ 64.9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และระดับ .05
This research objectives were to (1) study the levels of morale in the prevention and suppression work (patrol) of police warrant officers, Mueang Lamphun Police Station,Lamphun Province (2) factors affecting the morale in the prevention and suppression work (patrol) of police warrant officers, Mueang Lamphun Police Station, Lamphun Province. The sample group used in this study was 123 police warrant officers working in the prevention and suppression (patrol) unit, Mueang Lamphun Provincial Police Station. The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire. The statistics employed in the analysis of data were frequencies, percentage, means, standard deviation, ranking, multiple regression analysis;using computer package.The results of the research found that (1) the morale of the sample group was at the medium level, their opinions toward the factors of work success, work characteristics, work responsibility and work stability were at the high level with means of 3.92, 3.52, 3.56 and 4.37 respectively, while the factors of being respected, career advancement opportunity, relationship with their superior and colleagues, work environment and financial and other benefits were at medium level with means of 3.11, 3.41, 3.38, 2.83 and 2.54 respectively (2) factors affecting the morale of the sample group with were work characteristics, work environment, relationship with their superior and colleagues and work stability, which could explain the variance of morale in the prevention and suppression (patrol) work of police warrant officers, Mueang Lamphun Provincial Police Station at 64.9 % with .01 and .05 level of significance.
