ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไร : กรณีศึกษาสหกรณ์คนของแผ่นดิน จำกัด จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ของพนักงานสหกรณ์คนของแผ่นดิน จำกัด จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี (2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไร (3) ปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไร การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ พนักงาน ในองค์กรสหกรณ์คนของแผ่นดิน จำกัด จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 105 คน โดยใช้เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 51-60 ปี มีสถานภาพไม่มีคู่ จบการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา ทำงานด้านประเภทงานปฏิบัติการ คือ มีฐานงานประจำและมีระยะเวลาในปฏิบัติงานมากกว่า 15 ปี ขึ้นไป (2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไรในภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความถูกต้องในงานภายในเวลากำหนด ด้านการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของงานด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยจูงใจในการทำงานของพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 โดยมีค่า Beta อยู่ระหว่าง .201 ถึง .714

The objectives of this study were (1) to study the demographic characteristics of the nonprofit organizational employees of National People’s Cooperative Limited, Ubon Ratchathani Province; (2) to study working efficiency of the nonprofit organizational employees of National People’s Cooperative Limited, Ubon Ratchathani Province; and (3) to study motivational factors related to working efficiency of the nonprofit organizational employees of National People’s Cooperative Limited, Ubon Ratchathani Province. This study was survey research and the population used in this study included 105 nonprofit organizational employees of National People’s Cooperative Limited, Ubon Ratchathani Province. A questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting data. Statistical tools for statistical analysis were frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The finding of the studying results indicated that (1) most of respondents were female with age in the range of 51-60 years old and single status, and graduated in higher education level. They worked in type of operating work on routine work basis with more than 15 years and over of service duration. (2) Working efficiency of the nonprofit organizational employees included work accuracy within deadline, work objective achievement, and worthwhile use of resources, was at a high level. (3) Motivational factors of the employees were positively related to working efficiency at .01 and .05 of statistical significance level.
