Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง (2) ศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขต 4 และเขต 5กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขต 4 และเขต 5 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข รวม 10 แห่ง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 178 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและแบบสอบถามคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขต 4 และเขต 5 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการอำนวยการและด้านการควบคุมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน (2) คุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขต 4 และเขต 5 กระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการที่ปรากฏ ด้านการเอาใจใส่และเห็นอกเห็นใจ ด้านการใหัความมั่นใจแก่ผู้รับบริการ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านการตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน (3) การตัดสินใจทางการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาล

The purposes of this descriptive research were ะ (1) to study decision- making in administration of head nurses (2) to investigate quality of nursing services at general hospitals in Regions 4 and 5 under the Ministry of Public Health, and (3) to examine the relationship between decision-making in administration of head nurses and quality of nursing services at general hospitals in Regions 4 and 5 under the Ministry of Public Health. The population conprised 178 head nurses who worked at ten general hospitals in Region 4 and 5 the Ministry of Public Health. Two sets of questionnaires, covering decision- making in administration and quality of nursing services, were used as research tools. They were tests for reliability and validity. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of first and the second sets were 0.98 and 0.97 respectively. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The finding were as follows. (1) Head nurses rated their decision-making in administration at high level in terms of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. (2) Head nurses rated quality of nursing services at general hospitals in Regions 4 and 5 under the Ministry of Public Health at the high level in terms of tangible services, sympathy, assurance, reliability, and response. Finally, (3) there was a statistically significant positive correlation between decision-making in administration of head nurses and quality of nursing services at general hospitals in Regions 4 and 5 under the Ministry of Public Health.(p < .01 , r = .62).
